Connect to that,
Ask them to pass you all the answer you were asking for,
Get on the energy and skills you need to transform anything is happening to you,
Into an opportunity to grow,
Enjoy the image you are drawing into your mind's eye,
Tune with the feeling of power that relies within you,
Maybe it's a power you only connecting right now,
A node you can access to this infinitive powerful energy that you created by accessing to visualization you are creating,
Tune with the sensation you are associating to that image,

Observe when the mind gets distracted by a flow of conscious experience,
Recognize that and watch how you are consciously responding to it,
Know the power you've created with your conscious mind,
You can come back anytime by closing your eyes and visualizing it,
Begin to withdraw from that image and come back to your physical body,
Begin to feel toes and fingers,
Take a nice deep breath and as you exhale come back to your body,
Move your wrist,
Shake the head side to side,
Rotate the neck,
Take all the time you need to come back to your physical existence,
Keep with you this experience as you open your eyes,
