Do you feel out of balance and unmotivated during this first trimester not knowing how to cope with these new feelings?​ This meditation is made appositely to help you deal with these new feelings and sensations by setting you up to embrace this new season with a compassionate and full-loving heart. Tap to release any unpleasant sensations rising with the hormonal and physical changes happening in your body to bring your emotional body to balance and honor the new season you are embracing.

Hello beautiful mama and welcome.

This is a tapping meditation I have created especially for those in the first trimester of pregnancy It is well known that in the first trimester You might be feeling a bit unstable with a lot of changes happening from the physical body Metabolical,

Hormonal and of course as a result the emotional body can be thrown out of balance We tap into any unwelcoming new sensation that one might be experiencing with these changes to then honor and welcome this new season with an embodied full heart We always start by acknowledging the truth of how we feel to release these emotions by tapping through the points If you're not familiar with the points,

I'll invite you to come back to the explanatory picture on the email we sent you.

Just remember that you can use index or middle finger or both with either hand and now if you're ready,

Let's ground into this moment,

Into this place wherever you are Find a comfortable seat.

If you're sitting on a chair flat your feet on the ground and grow tall with your spine and let's start tapping as I guide you through the points On the side of the hand repeat after me even though I feel tired and low in energy right now I accept myself and how I feel.

Going on the side of the hand even though I don't feel like myself anymore I honor how I feel and I choose to open my heart and mind to slow down and accept the new feelings last time Even though I feel my body is not supporting me as usual I acknowledge that this is part of the journey and I give myself permission to embrace the changes happening with an open heart Let's start tapping on the eyebrow point It feels that this changing body is not supporting me.

On the side of the eye I feel exhausted and unmotivated Underneath the eye I feel disconnected from the person I was Underneath the nose yet so distant from the person I'm yet to become Underneath the mouth I have so much to do.

On the collarbone I don't feel supported by my body to go through my day.

On the crown of the head I don't feel myself anymore I feel so out of balance.

And now move through the points without saying anything Just focus on answering mentally the question that I will make you while tapping and don't worry about your answers Keep moving through the points as I guide you and trust the process.

Go on the eyebrow point Start tapping there.

What is in your unique situation that makes you feel out of balance and leaves you stressed and frustrated?

On the side of the eye,

If you were to identify a tension in your body Where would it be?

Just the first that comes to your mind.

Underneath the eye,

Start tapping What is the emotion connected to that?

The first that comes to your mind.

Start tapping underneath the nose On a conscious or unconscious level.

If this tension holds a message for you What would it say?

Start tapping underneath the mouth Maybe doing less is more.

That you're already doing enough.

That resting is okay right now That it's okay to cocoon,

To invert the tendency and go more inward.

That the most important things in your to-do list Is you and your growing baby.

Stay present with whatever is rising Move on the collarbone and start tapping there.

And as you recognize and accept that your body is changing And going through a major transformation How can you support your body with the resources that you have?

Listen to your innate wisdom,

To the mother instinct that is already in you.

Move on the crown of the head And take a moment in gratitude for your body,

For everything that is already doing while growing your baby.

And now Tap on the eyebrow and repeat after me.

I acknowledge what an amazing job My body is doing while generating new life.

On the side of the eye I choose to be kind and compassionate with myself and in this new season in my life.

Underneath the eye I accept to go inward,

To slow down and cocoon in a deeper state within the self Underneath the nose I let go of the person that I am not anymore and I embrace the person that I am becoming Underneath the mouth I let go of wherever I hold tension and whatever emotion is blocking me from embracing and enjoying this unique rite of passage that is motherhood.

On the collarbone I give myself permission to honor and respect what the transition from maiden to mother really deserves On the crown of the head I allow myself to cocoon from the world,

To let go of the to-do list and accept the slowness of this season.

Back to the eyebrow point for the last round I am present with my body.

Side of the eye I am present with the slowness of this stage Underneath the eye I breathe into the new feeling and changing body and trust that everything is unfolding the way it should be Underneath the nose And it's okay to slow down and cocoon from the world.

Underneath the mouth I am deeply connected to what I am becoming.

On the collarbone,

Maybe with both hands I'm safe in every changes happening.

Maybe repeating one more time I am safe in every changes happening.

On the crown of the head I am deeply connected to myself,

To my body and the birth of myself as a mother Take a deep breath in as you exhale Place your hands on your heart and feel the warmth of the vibration created by the tapping And you can stay here as long as you love and need to or you can grab your journal and write anything that came up,

Feel the need to let go And thank yourself for taking the time for tapping,
