When things get busy or cause us to get derailed a little bit,
We sometimes get caught up in the distraction and chaos that's happening outside of us and we lose track of what we truly want.
We lose track of what lights us up.
This meditation is to help you check in with yourself and make sure you're on track with living a life that's in alignment with your purpose,
With your bliss.
So take a moment to find your comfortable seat where you can lie down,
Just make sure your spine is tall and elongated and when it feels right for you,
Allow your eyes to gently float closed.
And just take a moment to start to connect to your own body and start to connect to your own breath.
Find that little bit of stillness that resides deep inside of you and latch onto that.
Go ahead and breathe in deeply through the nose.
Hold it and then let it all go through the mouth.
Good,
Again in through the nose.
Hold it up here at the top and then out through the mouth.
Nice long exhale.
Good,
One more time.
Long deep inhale through the nose and as you exhale,
Let go of any physical tension that you've been holding onto.
Good.
Let your breath return to normal.
We're going to turn our attention now to the center of our chest.
This is your heart space,
The place where your own personal internal guidance system lives.
And from this place,
Just allow whatever answers want to come through and show themselves to you to bubble up as I guide you through these prompts.
I feel ignited with purpose when.

I feel ignited with purpose when.
I experience pure bliss when.

I feel peaceful and held when.

I feel I'm living in accordance to my highest good when.

And take a nice deep breath into your heart space and ask your highest self,
What do I want to invite into my being?
What type of abundance?
What type of bliss?
And just breathe and allow the answers to bubble up.
And if nothing bubbles up,
Don't force anything.
Just keep gently asking the question until you eventually hear,
Feel,
Or sense an answer.
What do I want to invite into my being?
What do I want to invite into my being?
And once you've received this answer,
Get really clear on this intention for yourself.
This intention puts you in alignment with your bliss,
With that state of being where you feel nourished and supported and peaceful all of the time.
So just take that intention and invite it into your heart.
Just plant it like a seed right there in your heart and feel it start to take root.
And lastly,
Ask yourself the question,
What is one thing that I can do today that will move my intention forward and put me one step closer to my bliss?
And again,
Just listen for the first thing you hear.
What is one thing I can do today that will move my intention forward and put me one step closer to my bliss?
And again,
Just listen for the first thing you hear.
Once you have a clear action step for your intention and you can feel your whole body vibrating with the frequency of your intention,
Release it to the universe.
Good and now just begin to gently let your mind return to your body and reground in this present moment.
Take a final deep breath in through the nose,
Open your mouth and let it all go.
When you're ready,
Allow your eyes to gently open and simply take notice of how your energy has shifted.
Take note of what's opened up for you and if you feel inspired to,
You might want to grab your journal and write down your impressions and insights.
