My name is Corey Quinn and today we're going to be taking a guided journey called the morning power questions.
The best time to do this meditation is in the morning before all the busyness of the day has begun.
We'll begin by taking three breaths and as you exhale,
Release any tension that you're holding in your body.
First breath in,
Release,
Body settle.
Next breath in and release.
Let the mind settle.
Third breath in and hold it and release.
Go ahead and close your eyes if you haven't already.
And I'm going to ask you a few questions.
And as I do,
All you have to do is just notice what comes to mind.
There are no right answers or wrong answers and you don't need to think about what the answer is.
Rather just be aware of what comes to mind.
For question number one,
I'll go ahead and repeat it twice.
Question number one,
What am I most happy about in my life now?
Again,
There's no need to think about the answer as there is no right or wrong answer.
Just notice what comes to mind and be with the experience.
Question number one,
What am I most happy about in my life right now?
What about that makes me happy?
How does that make me feel?
Question number two,
What am I most proud about in my life now?
What about that makes me proud?
How does that make me feel?
And just notice how you feel.
Question number three,
What am I most grateful about in my life right now?
What about that makes me grateful?
How does that make me feel?
Question number four,
What am I committed to in my life right now?
What about that makes me committed?
How does that make me feel?
Question number five,
Whom do I love?
What about that makes me loving?
How does that make me feel?
Question number six,
What am I most grateful about in my life right now?
How does that make me feel?
