I'm going to be taking you through a guided visualization and mantra called My Success is Up to Me.
We'll begin by taking three breaths.
Breath number one,
Release.
Breath number two,
And release.
Breath number three,
Hold it and release.
If you haven't already,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
And we'll begin by doing a scan of your body.
Starting with the top of your head and going down.
Just get a sense for how your body is feeling right now.
And as we go through each area of the body,
You may feel a sense of a relaxation and a releasing of tension.
Let's begin.
Starting with the top of your head,
Going down into your eyes and the muscles in your face,
Your jaw,
Your tongue,
And your neck,
Muscles in the front of your neck,
Muscles in the back of your neck,
Down to your shoulders,
To your upper arms,
Your lower arms,
To your wrists and hands and fingers,
Down your chest and your back,
Into your abdomen,
Muscles that make up your abdomen,
Your lower back,
Down to your hips and pelvis,
To your upper legs,
Knees,
And lower legs and calves,
Down to your ankles,
Your feet,
And your toes.
Now that you have a sense for how your body is feeling right now from head to toe,
I'm going to share with you a phrase or a mantra.
And I'm going to repeat this mantra or this phrase over and over for the next couple of minutes.
And what I want you to do is just to empty your mind and be open to this mantra and to this phrase.
And as you listen to it,
Thoughts,
Memories,
Ideas may come to mind.
And just experience what that's like.
You don't need to judge it or analyze it because there's no right or wrong answer or image or thought or feeling.
It is what it is.
So the mantra is,
My success is up to me.

Go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And release.
Second breath in.
