My name is Cory Quinn and I'm going to be taking you through a guided visualization that I call the Warrior King. Let's begin by sitting somewhere comfortable. Your eyes can be open. We're going to take three breaths. Take a deep breath in and release. Deep breath in and release. Deep breath in and release. Now close your eyes and notice that you find yourself walking into a beautiful meadow. There's green grass everywhere and trees off in the distance. It's a perfect day. Sun is out. Temperature is warm but not too warm and yet not too cool. And as you are walking into this meadow off in the distance you see a big beautiful tree, An impressive tree. And you feel an energy emanating from this tree. So you decide to begin walking towards this large tree. And every step that you take towards this tree you feel this energy increasing. You feel a power coming from this tree. And as you arrive at the foot of this tree you notice that in the trunk of the tree there is a door. And the door is made out of the bark of the tree. This door is open ajar just a little bit. And you decide to reach out and open up the door in the trunk of this tree revealing a cave that goes into the tree and beyond. You notice that this energy is coming from within the cave. There is a quality of this energy that is safe and inviting. So you decide to enter into this cave and walk into the darkness. And as you do you feel this warm energy increasing with every step. You notice as you go further and further that you're walking slightly down a hill. Down down down. And as you do you begin to see a light at the end of the cave. And as you approach this light you realize that it is a large room like a palace. Impressive beautiful room lit by sunlight coming through the ceiling. It's this beautiful warm loving light filling the room. And in the center of the room there is a large throne beautiful throne studded with diamonds and jewels. Impressive. And sitting on the throne is a large warrior king. You enter this large room and as you do the king turns his attention towards you and he acknowledges you. He gives you a warm and loving smile. You approach the king and as you do you recognize that the energy the powerful energy that you've been feeling is emanating from this king. You come to stand in front of him and he is smiling at you and you can feel his love for you emanating from his chest. As you look at each other he opens his mouth and he speaks a message just for you. It can be a word or a phrase. This is his gift to you. Hear it now. When you've received this gift repeat it to yourself three times. Thank the warrior king by nodding and then return back through the large room and back into the cave. You notice yourself walking back up that hill up up and up and as you do repeat that message that the warrior king gave you. And when you receive when you and when you return to the top of the cave at the foot of the tree looking out of the meadow repeat the message that you received from the warrior king one more time. Now re-enter the meadow and as you do come back to the room where you are presently and open your eyes.
