I'm going to be taking you through a guided visualization called The Loved One.
Go ahead and find a place that is comfortable to sit or lie.
Your eyes can be open or closed.
And we'll begin by taking three breaths.
Breath number one.
And exhale.
Breath number two.
Exhale.
Breath number three.
And exhale.
Go ahead and close your eyes if they aren't already.
I'd like you to imagine that you are walking on a beach.
It's a beautiful day.
You can hear the gentle sound of the surf and smell the salty air.
You hear the sound of seagulls playing in the surf and the hush of the waves as they move across the shoreline.
As you walk across the gentle shore,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
You notice a sense of peace and relaxation come over your body.
You look up and you notice that there are two people in the distance walking along the shoreline just like you,
But they're walking towards you.
As they get closer,
You realize that the two people that are walking towards you are actually yourself walking next to a loved one.
However,
It's not your current version of yourself.
It is a future version of yourself.
You notice that the future version of yourself is holding their body differently.
When they talk to their loved one,
They have a different energy coming from them.
You see that they're smiling and that their body language says that the two of them are happy and energetically connected.
As you watch them approach,
It's clear that they are bonded and that the quality of the bonding is something you've actually never experienced with this person before.
But you know is possible.
You notice that they are clearly bonded together.
And it's a quality of bonding that you may have never actually experienced with this person,
But you know is possible.
It is new and different,
But in front of you,
You can see it is real,
Raw and powerful.
You can actually feel the power and the energy coming from this bond between them.
Now,
As the three of you meet on the beach,
Look into the smiling eyes of the future version of yourself.
Then look into the eyes of your loved one.
Just enjoy their presence and experience their energy.
Now open yourself up to receive a message from them.
The future version of yourself leans over to your ear and whispers a message for you.
This message is a gift that your future self,
Knowing what he or she knows,
Wants you to know right now.
It could be a word or a short phrase.
Receive this message now.
Now having received this gift,
It's your loved one's turn.
They lean in and whisper a different message into your other ear.
It could be a word or a short phrase.
This message is a gift just for you.
Receive this gift now.
Take a deep breath in and release.
You thank the both of them and they turn back to walk the way in which they came.
Having received both of these gifts,
One from your future self and another from the future version of your loved one,
Go ahead and repeat them to yourselves three times each.

And when you're ready,
