Take a moment and find a place where you will not be disturbed.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

I invite you to take a deep breath and allow yourself to slowly begin to relax.

As you breathe in,

Begin to expand your lungs and open your rib cage.

Relax your belly.

And as you breathe out,

Become aware of any places that you might be holding any tension or resistance.

And slowly begin to let it go.

With every inhale,

Feel yourself go deeper.

And with every exhale,

Feeling as the tension slowly leaves your body.

Bring your focus and your awareness into this present moment.

Letting go of anywhere you need to be or anything you need to do.

And with every breath,

Just allowing yourself to deeply relax.

Beginning with your feet,

Relax your toes.

Relax the tops of your feet and the soles of your feet.

Relax your heels.

Relax your ankles.

Slowly roll the feet in each direction.

Releasing any last bit of tension that you might be holding.

And let your feet deeply relax.

Relax your shins.

And relax your calves.

Let the knees be relaxed.

Relaxing the tops of the knee and the backs of the knees.

Relax your thighs.

Let the quadriceps and the hamstrings be relaxed.

And with every breath,

Allowing the legs to be deeply and completely relaxed.

Relax your buttocks and the sexual organs.

Let your hips be relaxed.

Begin to open and relax your pelvis.

Feeling as each and every muscle in the pelvic region of your body begins to let go and relax.

Relaxing your sacrum.

Relaxing your abdomen.

Relaxing the lower back.

Slowly moving up the spine,

Vertebrae by vertebrae.

Releasing any tension that you are holding along your spine.

And let the spine be deeply and completely relaxed.

Relax the mid back and the upper back.

Let your diaphragm be relaxed.

Relax your rib cage.

Relax your lungs.

And again with every exhale,

Releasing any last bit of tension that you are holding in your body.

And letting yourself completely relax.

Relax your fingers.

Relax the palms of your hands and the tops of your hands.

Relax your wrists.

Slowly roll the hands in each direction.

Gently shaking out any last bit of tension that you are holding in your hands.

And let your hands be completely relaxed.

Relax your forearms and your elbows.

Let your upper arms be relaxed.

Relax your shoulders.

Gently rolling the shoulders forward.

And then backward.

And with every exhale,

Letting yourself become more and more deeply relaxed.

Relax your neck.

Gently roll your neck from side to side.

Releasing any tension that you are holding in your neck.

Allowing each and every muscle in the neck to be completely and totally relaxed.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your mouth.

Your lips.

Your teeth.

And your gums.

Let your cheeks be relaxed.

Relax your nose.

Relax your eyes.

Relax your ears.

Let your eyebrows and your forehead be relaxed.

Mentally massage the scalp,

Pulling out any last bit of tension that you are holding through the ends of the hair.

And let yourself be completely and totally relaxed.

And from this place of deep relaxation,

Breathe into your connection with your inner divine.

Allow yourself with every breath to connect more and more deeply with that part of you that knows what is true about you and what is possible for you.

That place of deep wisdom and creativity.

That place that knows that you are deeply loved and deeply cared for by all of life.

And from this place of connection,

Imagine yourself in a place that you love.

Perhaps you are on a mountaintop or sitting by the ocean.

Perhaps you are lying in a favorite place in your own home.

Feel the joy and the sense of well-being that surrounds you as you begin to experience being in this place that nurtures and feeds you.

Feel yourself begin to expand.

Listen to the sounds that surround you.

And notice how it feels on your skin.

Open the inner eyes and visualize that an easel with a large canvas sits in front of you.

And in front of the easel are little jars filled with finger paints of many different colors.

Feel your excitement as you begin to visualize and create with these beautiful colors.

Allow yourself to flow.

Letting whatever seeks to emerge through you to appear on the canvas.

Maybe it is abstract and maybe it is very specific.

Just have fun and create.

Stepping into a place of deep possibility.

Become aware of all the feelings that are associated with this sense of possibility.

The eagerness,

The passion,

The joy of being a co-creator with life.

Step into the knowing that all of life is your canvas,

Waiting to partner with you to create your biggest and best life.

Take a deep breath and slowly begin to bring yourself back into this present moment.

Stretch your arms over your head giving your body a good stretch.

Begin to roll the ankles and the wrists slowly coming back into the room.

Inhale deeply and exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Slowly open your eyes bringing yourself back relaxed and filled with new possibility.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Inhale.

As with all things, you get out of it what you give to it. These meditations give us the opportunity to rejoin ourselves in life and receive all that the universe and God has waiting for us. And I don’t want to miss one blessing because I’m to stressed or busy to look up and see them. Meditation opens the heart to receive daily blessings which is what I get from my daily meditations here. The music, the serenity the peacefulness. It’s all here for our enlightenment and enjoyment.
