Welcome fellow traveler.

Thank you for gifting yourself with rest.

Your well being truly benefits us all.

If you can lie down in a comfortable and quiet place.

Otherwise sit where your body can be fully supported.

Take a few moments to adjust so that you are completely comfortable.

Arms and legs comfortably away from the body.

Palms turned up.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep full breath and let go completely.

Allow every part of your body to let go.

Toes,

Feet,

Legs,

Hips and low back,

Fingers,

Hands,

Arms,

Shoulders,

Neck,

And face.

Release the tiny muscles around the eyes.

Eyeballs sinking back into their sockets.

Relax the jaw.

Feel the cheeks sliding down towards the floor.

Tongue resting in the mouth.

Relax the sinuses behind the cheeks.

Relax the roof of the mouth.

Release any gripping in the scalp.

Feel the bones of the skull decompressing slightly,

Giving the brain more space.

Feel that you can relax even the spaces between the teeth.

Head sinking into the support.

Neck softening.

Breathe,

Relax and let go even deeper now.

Let your whole body melt.

Release any holding anywhere as if you can give the weight of your body away to the earth.

Let go of the boundaries of the body.

Pay attention to the energy that is released in your body as you relax.

Let this released energy penetrate all holdings,

Physical,

Mental,

Emotional.

Allow yourself to merge into the ocean of energy.

Entering a deeper,

Integrated state of being where you feel completely content and at peace with yourself in this moment.

Here the deepest levels of healing occur spontaneously.

As you let go of controls and holding prana functions optimally to carry out healing from within,

Bringing your body into the deepest state of balance and relaxation.

Rest now in deep silence and stillness.
