Welcome,

Fellow traveler.

Thank you for taking time to recharge.

Your well-being truly benefits us all.

If you can,

Lie down in a comfortable and quiet place.

Otherwise,

Sit where your body can be fully supported.

Take a few moments to adjust so that you are completely comfortable.

Keep your hands and legs a comfortable distance from the body,

Palms turned up,

Or resting the hands on the belly.

Close your eyes.

Feel your body beginning to relax with each progressive exhalation.

Take a full breath in and let go completely.

It's okay to make a sound.

Allow every part of your body to let go.

Toes,

Feet,

Legs,

Hips,

And low back,

Fingers,

Hands,

Arms,

Shoulders,

Neck,

And face.

Now breathe,

Relax,

And let go even more deeply.

Allow your whole body to melt.

Release any holding anywhere at all.

Feel all excess tension carried out with each exhaling breath.

Feel yourself descending down into the stillness beneath the mind,

Allowing mind to dissolve into bodily presence.

Aware of presence as a felt sense extending everywhere.

Experiencing your own aliveness now,

Like a cushion of vital energy surrounding and permeating the entire body.

With each breath,

Feel that cushion becoming stronger and more palpable until the entire body is felt as a pulsating,

Tingling energy field.

You may see this energy field as light emanating from within every cell.

The whole body breathing in,

Light and energy expanding.

Whole body breathing out,

Light and energy shining forth.

Sense the tremendous vitality of presence filling every cell equally.

The soft energy of the breath moving all around and throughout.

Soft and easy.

Steady and centered.

See the light of your being filling every part of you,

All levels.

Immersing your body and mind in unconditional love and acceptance.

No longer at odds with any part of yourself,

Allowing and accepting it all in this moment.

Now feel that as you let go completely,

The self-healing power of your being is totally free to soothe,

Heal and rejuvenate anything that needs attention.

Simply let it be done.

Resting within the purity and potency of your light body.

Sense all your channels open.

Life energy flowing freely and peacefully.

The mind calm and clear.

Emotional body wrapped in sweetness,

Deep contentment.

Recognize that you are abundant,

Vibrant,

Fully connected to the nourishment of life itself.

Know that your presence is a gift.

And you bring that gift naturally into everything you do,

Everywhere you go.

Bring your forefinger and thumb together in Nanamudra,

Establishing a physical connection to this felt sense of radiant presence.

Receive the imprint of this experience as a deep knowing of your own being.

Absorbing it so fully into your cells that the subtle awareness of presence never leaves you.

Now as you are ready,

Slowly begin to return to waking consciousness.

Become aware of your breath once again.

And as the breath deepens,

Slowly allow movement to expand into the body.

Staying connected to the radiant being that you are.

Know that you can reconnect to this feeling whenever you need to,

Simply by taking a conscious breath,

Or joining your forefinger and thumb in Nanamudra and asking yourself,

What was that feeling?

Slowly awakening the body now in whatever way feels good,

Perhaps stretching or yawning.

Gradually returning to waking awareness,

Refreshed and with a renewed sense of reverence for being alive and gratitude for being you.
