We'll use chanting the sound of om,
Primordial vibration,
Breathing in fully,
Exhaling the sound of om until I guide you to stop.
We'll practice several rounds,
So just use your own breath so that we can maintain a continuous sound of om.
Don't worry about the pitch,
Focus on the vibrational impact of the sound within your body.
Relax,
Allowing your attention to be fully absorbed as we enter this experience of breath and sound.

And as your breath is expended just allowing the humming to return to silence.
Taking a deep breath in and this time mentally chant the sound of Aum.
Now listen for the sound of Aum.
Turn all of your attention to sense and feel the vibratory impact that still persists even though you are no longer making a sound.
Feel your body go limp like a ragdoll.
Release any holding anywhere at all.
Allow your mind to melt and merge into the experience of vibration extending into every nerve,
Muscle and cell of the entire body.
Subtle vibrations extending even beyond the physical body.
