Experience the causeless joy of being where you are totally free of any cause to make you blissful. You are completely satisfied and fulfilled as you allow your desires to be as they are while you let go of all attachments to the outcome. All that will be left would be pure joy and gratitude.

Take a moment to observe your breath.
Close your eyes if it helps,
And relax as much as you can.
And see if you can appreciate each breath that you take.
Notice how automatic it is for you to take a breath,
Without you having to make any effort.
It's keeping you alive,
It's bringing you oxygen,
And it's releasing carbon dioxide.
And you don't even have to think about it.
You don't even have to think about it.
Now as you observe your breath,
Again release your attention,
And take the same attention to bring it towards anything in your life.
Could be pleasant or unpleasant,
Negative or positive,
Good or bad.
And see how it's not really threatening you.
It's just a concept of the mind.
Notice how safe you are,
Notice how relaxed you are,
Notice how easy it is,
How simple it is to just be.
Now bring your attention to the thoughts you're having.
Just watch the thoughts.
Just watch the thoughts.
Now notice how easy it is,
How simple it is to just be.
Just watch the thoughts that are appearing one after another.
Whether it's a good thought or a bad thought,
It doesn't matter.
Just observe it.
And do the same with your emotions.
The thoughts may carry some emotions around them,
Or you may have emotions from the past stuck in your body,
Stuck in your system.
So just notice what's happening,
What's already there,
What's arising and what's going away.
Now especially pay attention to the thoughts that are about getting somewhere or achieving something,
Desiring something,
Wanting something,
Needing something,
Or doing something,
Or escaping from something.
Just observe it.
No need to change it.
As humans,
We have that built-in system of desiring,
Of getting excited about things,
Not being bored,
But doing something.
So just allow that system in you,
That human being in you,
That wants to do something,
Achieve something,
Accomplish something,
Get something.
So not to condemn your desires,
But allow them to be as they are,
To let them provide with the function that they're here to provide,
Which is to give you a direction.
They say follow your bliss,
Follow your excitement,
And that's what desires are for.
They are your compass,
So that's why you allow them,
Instead of repressing,
Neglecting.
Because we don't want to achieve the state of desirelessness by producing it.
We just allow desirelessness to come to us when it comes through practice.
And it doesn't mean that you'll never have a desire anymore.
As humans,
It's good to have desires,
But we want to be detached from the outcome.
We want to be not needy,
Not desperate,
Not possessive,
Not owning the results.
See if you can appreciate the function of desires without attaching yourself to the desires themselves.
So that's how you can allow your desires without wanting anything.
And the same goes for your excitements,
The need to be doing something or not be bored.
Can you let yourself follow your calling without needing anything from the calling itself,
Not needing any satisfaction from it or results from it?
You just do the thing because you're called to do so,
Like you're on a mission to follow your calling.
And fruits of the rewards will come,
But you don't really,
Really need them.
Yeah,
You can desire them,
But you don't need them because you doing the act,
Your own act from your soul is enough for you to get fulfilled.
See if you can get into that space where you're desiring,
Like not striving or wanting or needing or controlling,
Possessing,
Taking ownership.
Give it away,
Let it go.
Do the job and let it go.
Allow what comes to you and let it go.
So you switch from grasping mode to satisfaction mode,
To fulfillment mode.
And if it helps,
You can remember your future where your desires are already fulfilled,
Not just the desires that you think that you want,
But the things that you actually want,
Things that your higher self wants,
These will be fulfilled in the future.
So you can borrow your satisfaction from your future self in the present moment.
If it helps,
Otherwise just let it go and come back to satisfaction and fulfillment in the present moment,
Because each moment is your calling,
Is your purpose getting fulfilled.
If you're attentive,
If you're on duty,
If you're listening,
If you're walking the path,
Then you don't need to get to the end or rush to the end to be fulfilled.
You are here enjoying your journey,
Like watching a movie.
You don't want the ending,
You want the full movie.
You want all the emotions and ups and downs.
So you can allow that in your life and be satisfied about it,
The nature of life,
The nature of existence,
The nature of truth.
You can be satisfied with what is,
With the way things are,
The way things have been in the past,
And knowing in the future everything is perfect,
Even in the present everything is perfect,
Even if it doesn't seem like things are perfect to your mind,
But you can convince yourself that everything is perfect.
And now you can also appreciate it,
Appreciate the moment,
Appreciate the present circumstances,
The situation in your life,
The people around you,
Yourself,
As it is,
As you are,
As they are,
Everything.
Appreciate,
Be grateful,
Have gratitude towards everything,
Because those are the exact sequences of events,
Exact lessons,
Exact people,
Exact mistakes,
Exact shortcomings that you need to go through in order to fulfill your purpose,
In order to learn the lessons you want to learn,
In order to grow,
In order to thrive,
In order to blossom,
Into your fullest potential,
Fullest beauty,
Fullest expression.
So how grateful are you?
How satisfied are you?
Not wanting anything yet allowing all desires,
Being excited yet not wanting anything to be certain way,
Fulfilling your mission and purpose without needing the end result to look like anything,
Because you know that it is already fulfilled,
In even better ways that you can think with your mind,
So you can trust,
Have faith,
And you just follow the guidance,
Follow what comes to you from your higher self,
From source,
And you keep walking the path with a causeless joy.
When you don't have any reason to be joyful,
To be blissful,
That's the best,
Because you are not then dependent on anything.
Feeling good,
If you're dependent on something to feel good,
Then still dependence.
You're not free,
You're not independent.
So liberate yourself,
Be free,
Be joyful now,
And if joy doesn't come,
Then you become satisfied and joy comes naturally.
So you're not dependent even on feeling joyful to be joyous,
To be happy,
To be satisfied,
To be fulfilled.
It's not about the feeling,
Yet it's about you having that conviction,
Having that focus,
Having that will to find that causeless joy,
Whenever you want,
Whenever you desire,
And if it doesn't come to you,
You still let it go,
And then what happens?
You come back to joy.
A causeless joy that is not dependent on any rule,
Any criteria,
Any promises,
Any person,
Any situation,
Any goal,
Any outcome.
See if you can feel that causeless joy,
Just be happy,
Be happy with the pure joy of being that can never be taken away from you.
The part of you that is eternal is immortal,
That beingness which your mind may think will die after your physical body dies,
But that's not true.
So you can rest in that stillness,
In that bliss of being without needing anything from the world,
Without requiring anything to be a certain way for you to be happy,
Joyful,
Blissful.
And you can be joyful about being,
The magic and the mystery,
The awe,
The wonder of being.
And you may get into certain states of fulfillment,
Of joy,
Of bliss,
But even that you can let it go,
And you can rest and abide in causeless joy which is not even dependent on your senses,
On your stories,
On your sensations,
No matter how pleasant they are.
That's pure joy,
Pure bliss,
And you can come back to it in any situation,
Anytime,
Anywhere,
No matter how many layers are on top of it,
Whether it's the layers of your mind,
Of your body,
Of your emotions.
But you can tap into the causeless joy,
Just like you're doing it right now.
So now you can open your eyes and see if you can be totally empty and be who you are,
Who you truly are,
This pure essence of being which is not dependent on anything.
And you can live your life,
You can do your duties,
You can perform your missions and purpose and passion,
You can love others,
You can be loved or not loved,
You can get hurt,
You can allow everything,
You can let the world be as it is,
Yet you can be the causeless joy that you are.
And even when you get away from it for some time,
And many times maybe,
You remember it,
You come back to it.
So that no matter what you do,
You're coming from a fulfilled state,
Not from a lack,
State of lack,
State of neediness or desperation.
And see how your life changes,
See the magic of letting your desires unfold without needing anything from them.
Being totally satisfied with what is and letting go of what is not.
And even letting go of what is because the next moment things will be different.
So you don't have anything,
You don't have ownership over anything,
You don't possess anything,
You don't have the attachments.
You cannot have them,
Only your mind can grasp onto things and that you can let go,
It's your choice,
It's your will,
It's in your power,
That's your power,
Use it and come back home,
Come back to joy,
Come back to bliss.
So now enjoy the ride and enjoy the bliss as well.
Enjoy the duality and enjoy the non-duality,
The oneness of love and the dual nature,
The word as it is with all of its drama,
And adventures,
And stories.
Love it,
Every part of it.
And see what can come in between you and your joy,
Between you and your bliss,
Between you and love.
