From Separation To Unity

Get out of your personal bubble of separation and enter the field of Unity where you will find Love and Light that creates everything. Oneness pervades the sense of egoic identity nudging us back to Truth.

Start to observe yourself, Your body, Your thoughts. Just scan your system. Whatever you're perceiving, Just keep scanning. And once you scan something, You let it go. Move on to the next thing to scan. Notice that perception is always there. New things keep popping up. So you always have something to scan. New sound, New thought. It's ongoing. New sensation. So now notice that all the things that you're scanning, Whatever you're perceiving, It's within a perception. A bubble, If you will. A bubble of perception. So you can imagine this bubble either around you or coming from your head. That everything you're perceiving is a bubble. And everything keeps changing in this bubble. New things, New people, New drama, New stories, New environment. The bubble, The contents of the bubble keep changing. It's so much powerful to just recognize this. Now instead of being inside this bubble or at the edge of this bubble, See if you can get out of it as not you. Something that is observing which is not your perception. There will still be a perception of the whole bubble, But it's not you. There's no personality anymore. There's no preference, Desire, Fear, Any attachment to your life, The contents of the bubbles. But just simple observing of the bubble and its contents. Your life, Your name, Your character. And just see all the drama. And there's so much freedom and peace when you can just be outside without being affected by anything inside the bubble. And recognize that whoever is this outside of the bubble is closer to truth of who you are than who you identify yourself with when you're inside the bubble. Just notice the contrast of going in and out of the bubble. In the bubble you become someone and outside of the bubble you're free. You don't have any identification with anything. Formless, Empty. And now notice infinite more bubbles like that which consists of other people's bubbles. So you can see your bubble and other people's bubbles, But this formless awareness of all these bubbles is what everyone can get to recognize only when they step out of that. And if everyone can do that, Then we meet at the same place. Not even a place, But same vibration or same truth of oneness. Inside the bubble I'm separate. Outside the bubble I'm united. There's no distinction between you and me and everything I perceive as mine or yours. My bank account, My relationships, My problems, My desires. It doesn't exist outside the bubble. You're just one with everything that there is. Every person, Every being. So meet me there in this unity of me and you where me and you collapses and become one. So it's not my voice and your ears that are hearing. It's just one. You're speaking through me. I'm listening through you. And the whole universe then is you and me. Just the extension of our own self which includes all the bubbles that we talked about. All the infinite forms and perceptions you can see and perceive. You're not separate from any of those. You're not identified with anything or any group, Any nation, Any gender, Any human species or earthly being. There's only this one creator. You can call yourself that or one universe if you want to do that. And each bubble is kind of like a part of that but not complete picture. So it's just a matter of recognizing yourself outside of who you think you are. And then there's this unity which automatically brings love. There's no other way. It's an automatic love. Universal and unconditional. It's not a human kind of love that you generate some kind of love from your heart. It's obvious united love of creation which you can also transfer into your own bubble but love is already there whether you recognize it or not in your bubble. So just tap into that unity which automatically leads to love. And therefore everything is made of love. If you talk about the energy behind everything because the universe is made of energy then it's love, Nothing else. You can create a distortion of love but at its essence when you come back to this unity then you see that there's love inside and outside of the bubble. Inside the bubble there are distortions of love. Outside the bubble there's only love without distortion. And through this love you can recognize light which is everything that is manifest inside the bubble. Everything that you perceive, Every material that you see or perceive is made of love which becomes light. So your body is made of light and every object, Every sensation, Every feeling, Emotion, Every thought, Every person is just light in different forms. So instead of seeing different forms inside your bubble now just see only light. Love or light, Light or love. Energy which is love, Perception which is light. So every sound, Every thought, There's nothing apart from that. Even the so-called shadows or darkness that we perceive is actually made of light, Made of love because that's the way universe is designed, Created. So let this slip in your bubble more and more like an opening from the outside to the inside. And you can sum up everything that I said with the words I am because I am is unity, I am is love, I am is light, I am is awareness and everything is I am. Or you can say I am everything. Now as you come back into your own personal bubble keep the back door open where you can access this love and light, Unity more and more in your own perception inside your bubble.
