Take a moment to close your eyes if it helps.
Or whatever helps you relax and be present in the moment.
You can take a few deep breaths.
And just be present with whatever is there for you to feel,
To be with,
To deal with.
And whatever you're experiencing,
Just make it acceptable.
Slow it down,
Come back in this moment.
No need to go anywhere,
No hiding,
No rushing,
No stopping.
Just being present,
Aware,
Alive with whatever is present.
And if nothing is present,
If it's all empty,
Then conjure up something that is bothering you from time to time.
Something that invokes emotions in you.
Now you could bring up that memory to remember that,
Or you could just feel into it through your imagination or remembrance.
Now this could be a strong trigger for you that you're dealing with right now,
Or it could be very mild,
Very subtle.
But doesn't matter what it is,
The point is to remember how to deal with our emotions.
By first completely accepting them and yourself as you are.
It is just energy.
Nothing needs to be judged,
Or rushed,
Or fixed.
It's simply energy of this universe,
It's not even yours.
So therefore you accept it,
You don't take it personally.
You simply notice it,
Become aware of it,
And you say,
I accept you,
And I love you.
Whatever that emotion is,
You love it.
Even if you don't feel like loving it,
Just say that I love you.
And in there,
There's an opening.
Opening for you to experience fully what you're feeling.
To really dive into it as if you are safe to do that.
Because you are safe to dive into your emotions.
And it's okay,
Whatever you feel.
Sometimes it could be unpleasant.
But that's alright.
Now this emotion could be present for various reasons.
And we're not here to find out exactly why that emotion exists at the moment.
Although you can reflect on that later.
But for now,
Really the key is to first experience it.
And as you experience it,
You also release it.
You let that energy move through you.
Let that emotion be there and move within you.
Don't go into any story of why it's there or how can you stop it.
No story,
Just being with emotion.
Don't go into any victimhood,
Any blame,
Any fixing mode.
At least for now,
Just stay.
Be brave.
And now as you release it,
You bring up the opposite emotion of whatever you're feeling in your consciousness.
Just imagine it.
How would you feel if you were feeling the opposite emotion of what you were feeling before?
And get in touch with that.
You can imagine a scenario or you can just conjure up that feeling within you.
You can use memories,
Visualization,
Whatever helps you tap into that opposite emotion.
And fully experience it as if it is real.
And this is how you come to a greater balance within you.
That there are these opposing emotions,
Polar opposites,
And yet they all exist within you.
It's only a matter of time and perspective that sometimes we feel certain ways.
But you see we can always tap into the opposite emotion to balance our perspective.
So that we become more stable,
More grounded,
More still in whatever we are experiencing.
Because we know that all emotions exist and everything is within reach.
So it's okay to feel anything and that you can also balance that emotion with the opposing emotion.
And then your perspective becomes more holistic,
More balanced,
More true.
More aligned.
You can see the bigger picture.
You're not lost in your stories nor you're attached to your emotions anymore.
Because you have experienced opposites.
So now you're free to choose to be as you want to be.
You heal these emotions just by remembering that it's all within you.
And that you can feel as you use your mind to focus on what you want to feel.
And that proves that you have the power to choose your reality.
To choose who you want to be and how you want to feel.
And when you do feel like emotions are heavy,
Then all you have to do is accept that emotion.
And then you become more and more free to feel the opposite emotion.
It's that simple and yet it is that powerful.
So let yourself be okay with all feelings.
And whatever you're feeling,
Keep feeling until you can choose what you want to feel.
And that's how you heal,
Release and come back to a balanced state.
Enjoy the stillness or the emotion that you're feeling.
It's all good.
It's all okay.
You are loved unconditionally.
Ultimately all emotions are going to be transmuted into love.
So until all is love,
Keep healing,
Releasing.
And transforming everything into a balanced emotion which is love.
So this is why you come back to your heart no matter what.
You accept it,
You feel it,
You release it and you choose it.
And you repeat until everything is love.
Love is all there is and all emotions then are transmuted into love.
