
Elevate Your Vibrational Frequency
You're like a radio channel. Whatever you tune into, you broadcast. Your reality is the reflection of the chronic frequency you hold. If you want your life to change, change the vibrations you're tuning into.

Today's topic we have is about your frequency your vibration and i'm sure that you've heard this a lot maybe in law of attraction or maybe just in spiritual talks about vibrations and frequency so the vibration is the rate at which the light in you oscillates and the the more it oscillates the more your vibration rises the more you're elevated you actually feel good so because you get closer and closer to your true nature so your body or yourself you can call it is more tightly packed with light and less dense in the sense that it's less dense with with thoughts and with the material things and more tightly densely packed with light and when that happens your frequency rises so then that's why when we do some kind of meditation or even when we feel good in life when we do something and when we feel good not so much on chemical basis but something also it includes the like the brain chemicals body chemicals hormones it could include that feeling good but mostly when we feel good in general the more causeless it is the the more it is aligned with your true nature so when we feel good we're just vibrating at a higher frequency and when we feel bad we're more focused in on a bubble about oneself about others about some situation some thoughts or emotions that are not actually aligned with truth aligned with true way of seeing things or just with no perception so that is why it is important for us to elevate our frequency and learn how to do that more often and it's also about there are different flavors of high frequency so whatever you tune into imagine yourself as a radio and whatever you tune into you can be a reception of that you can receive that and then you can channel that that just like a radio so when a radio tunes into a frequency it receives that channel and then through its speaker it channels or communicates what's coming through or perceives in human terms it perceives what's coming through through that channel through that frequency that it's tuning into so now taking as a human what the human does is when it's programmed it's without even realizing it's tuning into a frequency which is of lower vibration and then all it's seeing perceiving thinking about is doubt worry fear shame guilt blame complain victim mindset so all of those things because we have been programmed or trained kind of to tune into that frequency our mind is just receiving that it's not that you can also think of it as mind as programmed but it's programmed to receive that it's not so much that the mind has a mind is creating that out of nowhere it is because it is tuning into something so now the power comes to us because we know the mechanism we know that it's tuning into something else so that now i can tune into something else i have the power i have the will to do that so then i can elevate my frequency so the number one thing to do is to first empty empty your mind that's like the best thing you can do you can really come back to the source of the mind or the awareness and love heart tuning into the heart whatever all those exercises spiritual meditations that we do those are like the number one top ways to tune out those lower vibrations and come back to our true nature or closer at least closer to our true nature so then we're tuning into that frequency of higher vibrations of higher truth but not only that that's just when it's available to you when you have the time to meditate what about the times when you don't have the time when you don't have the capacity to do that then you can just tune in to any frequency you want and then the radio your radio as a human channels that perceives that as that so for example if you tune into faith or tune into love or tune into even your higher self it's your choice to use that will your free will to tune into anything you can say trust you can just confidence you can say like whatever word you want to use you can put there and just tune into that abundance whatever word peace and in that sense you don't even need meditation you can do that also you can meditate on abundance you can meditate on faith whatever word you want to choose but you don't have to you can just tune into that word and just receive from that word that's the power of will is also focus so though you don't let yourself get distracted by the different radio channels so that's my power of focus and will is very important where you focus on a word or a frequency actually words are just pointers to some coordinate so when i say faith you literally just your mind goes somewhere when i say truth your mind goes somewhere when i say love your mind goes somewhere so it's already the case that when i say a word it's already tuning into a vibration it's only a matter of how long you can stay at it that's why mantras sometimes are quite useful as a meditation tool but actually you don't have to if you have the focus if you have the will you can just invoke that so if i keep repeating the word love then you're just going to focus on that word but the way we want to train ourselves is that no matter what we say no matter what we think if we just tune all of that out whatever we're perceiving right now tune into the frequency that we want to attune to and then let that be the guiding principle to perceive or think the way we want and actually the thoughts come the perception comes if we focus ourselves enough on the frequency that we want to attune to and yes it requires focus but it comes with practice too so it doesn't mean that if you cannot do it in the first time that you cannot do it you just need to practice that but it's often a good practice to focus first on just one vibration one word although there are so many infinite choices to tune into the flavor of the vibration that you want to tune into as i said like you can focus on abundance freedom whatever you can just pick one vibration tune into whatever you need in that moment and that radio will start playing that song if you focus enough if you come from there enough and everything that you perceive everything that you think will be of that flavor it has no choice because you're tuning into that frequency because remember you're just a radio so silence of the mind can be a good anchor for that so we can actually practice it here so what you can do what i invite you to do is is to tune out your senses you can also close your eyes for this one if you want to but tuning out your senses meaning that the things that are there can stay there the sounds the touch on your human skin all of those things can be there but tuning out means that you're not focused on them you're not entertaining those sensations sounds thoughts feelings you're just being and in this awareness of beingness there's an automatic silence it's not a silence of the way we think about it which is absence of sounds absence of my voice or any other sound absence of thoughts even the silence is about a stillness a peace that comes to you where you're free from what's in front of you or what you're perceiving what you're sensing you're free from that and that's why your inner silence shines that you're untouched you're tuning into that silence because that becomes the anchor point for you to make a decision to use your will in the direction you want and now remembering that analogy of being a radio choose one word or one vibration if english doesn't have that word in its dictionary you can just choose that vibration but if you have a word then just pick that and don't go any further don't try to think of synonyms or other words similar frequencies don't do that just pick one thing and tune into it don't try to generate anything just tune into that stay focused receive from there download from there come from there notice now what's coming through everything that you're perceiving and thinking are bathing in that frequency isn't it amazing it's that simple too and now you can even open your eyes and still stay tuned into that frequency and notice that all the things alchemized the thoughts the emotions the sensations the feelings the perception everything alchemized into what you tuned into whatever the word may be whatever the vibration you tuned into so this is your power this is your choice and you can apply it anytime i just made you practice it through a meditation but you don't have to meditate for this you can just do it in the middle of living your life walking your dog cleaning the house doing whatever job you do talking with people all the things that you do you can do it right then and there so then the mind the typical mind where it goes it trains itself or you train it to become a master of it to you setting the radio channel without your permission otherwise what will happen is just the radio channel will keep tuning into some random frequencies and you're you're just an instrument of that you don't even realize that you're just echoing about your day thinking thoughts feeling sensing from your old paradigm your old patterns but now that you have this power apply it consciously as much as possible just tune in to whatever you want stay focused on that until it becomes your default until it becomes simple natural because it is the way it is supposed to be and imagine the world when everybody starts to do that what kind of world would it be you're moving towards higher or you can say closer to truth perspective whatever feels good is closer to truth whatever feels bad is further away from truth that's emotional guidance system so then you can know that am i tuning into a good radio channel or is it a shitty radio channel that's just feedback and you can also switch off your radio as i said before if you want to just meditate really not focus on anything except focus itself being not distracted that's focus also when you want to do that then you can just switch off the radio it automatically happens when you go to sleep and when you're in deep sleep when you're not dreaming when the deep sleep comes it's kind of like switching off the radio so you can do that even while during the day if you want to just meditate switching off the radio that's also a good practice to do that but you have now both tools to switch off the radio or tune into better channels at some point you're going to have to come back online it's a good practice to train both to switch off the radio and as well as to tune into good radio channels all those old things that you used to do let them go don't go back there it's a shitty channel you don't like those songs why go there don't go there and that becomes your reality it's not about deluding yourself everything is a delusion the material world is a delusion so what kind of delusion you want to create 3d world is a big giant illusion maya as they say in sanskrit maya means illusion so don't rationalize yourself into 3d way of thinking about things that oh if i tune into a good radio channel that means i'm bypassing myself i'm deluding myself i am gaslighting myself no everything is a gaslight in fact what you're doing already is a gaslight is already a delusion you're actually coming closer to truth you're picking up the delusions which are closer to truth and that's how your vibration increases and then everything that you attract from that point of attraction actually becomes of that nature so it's also not about escapism in fact it's coming home you are already away from home so it's coming home not escapism and then we may come up with more scenarios of this or that but it's again tuning into the frequencies the radios of the previous channels fear maybe you'll think oh if i don't think about my 3d world so much if i don't worry about my money then i'm gonna go broke actually no what you're doing already is making you go broke just focus on abundance it's just a silly example but that's how it works that's how the reality works that's how this energy-based world works we are so focused on matter but matter is not even there i mean it exists in the illusion but there's no ground to that what's the ground is the energy behind it you can tune in to the energy that you want that becomes your point of attraction and yeah science is catching up to that so if you don't believe me you can wait for the science to give you more evidence it's already there but for it to become more mainstream you can wait for that in order for you to change your reality in order for you to tune into better frequency but you don't have to wait you can do it right now and see how it goes so make your decision what are you going to do because it's all your choice ultimately something also what we don't want to do is when we are tuning into a radio channel we don't want to be tuning into other people's radio channels so when we have a conversation with others and they're tuning into a lower frequency radio channel we don't want to be dragged down into their radio channel we want to offer them the opportunity to elevate to your radio channel and if they don't that's your free choice you don't force them but you want to come from there and stay there don't doubt yourself don't doubt your frequency don't tune into doubt you stay there and invite them with your inspiration with your beingness with words even but if they don't want to come respect their free will but don't be dragged down to their frequency with their channels same goes for any life situation that comes up life situation comes and then how do you respond with what frequency do you respond where do you come from again what channel are you tuning into it's the same thing but just a reminder that it's even more important to do that in difficult situations or with people who are tuning into lower frequencies we can have compassion for them but we don't need to go there okay we have two questions here what can you do when it's difficult to focus on the desired channel when things throughout your day keep moving the dial back to undesired channel you invoke your will you don't tolerate that anymore you make it more important than anything else because if you do that then it's not a possibility let's say if if you had a child and the child is crying for food your number one priority will become to feed that child isn't it so when you prioritize your frequency your radio channel over anything that the material world is throwing at you then it just happens you make it happen so it's really about invoking your will and i know it takes practice so it's okay to slip up it's normal but don't let it be your baseline use this opportunity use this session as an opportunity to elevate your standards your bar of how you want to go about it from now on just raise your will make it more important prioritize that and notice the results initially it will be a bit better than bit better bit better and then it will become your default then the other question is is it best to stick with one word frequency when you first start practicing this yeah it is good to do that but you don't have to so based on the level of turbulence you're facing sometimes when you're so deep into the chaos or in in a frequency that that's just taking over you it helps to focus on one word or one frequency to get out of that but when you're in general feeling okay feeling good then you don't have to pick a word then you can just tune into good vibrations you don't really have to focus so much because it's available to you easier turning the radio dial is easier so you don't really have to do that but in those times when it's like really really hard and you're like so stuck in a pattern so stuck in this frequency then really using the power of your will to focus on one word one frequency it helps now go forth and tune into the radio that you want to the frequency that you want to tune into and it's instant in one second you can change your world in one second
