Close your eyes and take a breath and let everything be as it is.
The word,
The emotions,
The thoughts,
The sensations in the body,
Let it be.
Your state of mind,
Your state of your body,
Your state of your health and finances and relationships.
Whatever it is,
Just let it be.
Take a moment to realize the perfection in the present moment,
Which includes your present circumstances.
And at this time you're not trying to change anything,
Not even improve anything.
Just get a sense of how it feels like to surrender,
To be,
To accept,
To acknowledge,
To allow everything.
Including the pain,
The suffering,
The intensity,
The uncertainty,
The confusion,
The doubt,
The fear,
The lack.
Even if you have a sense that it's based on false beliefs,
For now just surrender.
There's no desire for you to do anything except one desire to surrender.
Let that be your desire.
Hold on to that desire until it dissolves and nothing but surrender remains.
If you get a sense of peace,
Enjoy it.
If you don't,
Don't worry about it.
If you get a sense of relief or bliss or satisfaction or relaxation or acceptance or gratitude,
Give it away as well.
Don't hold on to anything for now.
Whether it's positive or negative,
Let it go.
Give it back to the source from where it came from.
Not taking ownership of anything.
In this surrendered state,
You let it be and let it go without forcing anything.
So if something stays,
You let it be.
But if something goes,
You let it go without having any sense of holding on to or taking possession of anything,
Whether it's positive or negative.
Feel yourself falling into the lap of universe,
Dissolving your sense of identity,
Your hopes and desires,
Your fears and regrets,
Your worries and insecurities,
Your doubts,
Your needs.
Just give it away to the universe to take care of you.
Not even wanting anything but giving it away in faith to the higher power.
Not knowing when things will come to you but you just let it go and let it be whatever it is.
Let it fall deep into the arms of the universe.
Letting go of the mind,
Its projections and worries.
Emptying your heart of the need for love,
Need to give love,
Need to share your energy,
Your experiences.
And if any emotion comes up,
Sadness or grief or even anxiety,
You give it away as well and you surrender even that.
And on the upside,
If you feel held on,
If you feel the beauty and perfection or safety,
You let it go as well.
Surrender is not of the mind.
So you don't try to surrender from the mind.
That is why I encourage you to give it all away,
Whatever comes from the mind,
Pleasure or pain,
Suffering or bliss.
It's all of the mind.
It never stays the same.
So you don't try to play that game right now of satisfying your mind,
Giving it something to hold on to.
Surrender is deeper.
And see if you can get a sense of what it feels like to not surrender from the mind but surrender from the heart.
A heart that is innocent and childlike.
Keep falling deeper and deeper.
And you let the universe do the driving for you to decide what's best for you in this moment and in the next moment.
And in each moment that comes forth from now on.
Living from this surrendered state where you let everything be as it is and let go when you feel a sense of attachment to some things.
From this place,
Get a sense of coming back to this life which is a gift,
An addition to your soul's desire to play.
Never a subtraction,
It's abundance.
A playground,
An opportunity.
See if you can recognize the opportunity in this moment and in the next one.
And if a sense of gratitude arises,
Soak in it and give it away.
You can open your eyes slowly and take a look around whether you're sitting or lying down.
Just feel the presence.
Feel what is present in this room or wherever you are.
See if you can take this surrendered state,
This surrendered power with you so that you don't want anything from life but you're only in this giving state without expectations.
And if expectations arise,
Then you let it go.
You become aware of it and you let it go.
Because they will arrive.
But the discipline is to let it go.
That's how you deepen your surrender in every moment that comes from now on.
And some things you're gonna prefer,
Some things you're not gonna prefer.
You're gonna like,
Dislike,
Love or hate from the human mind's perspective.
And that's okay.
But again,
Can you become aware of them and not get attached to the things you like or prefer and not get fixated on the things that you don't want or don't like or don't prefer?
So you don't resist anything.
You allow everything and at the same time,
You let it go.
It's a paradox but only a surrendered heart can get this paradox where you allow everything and let it go as well.
And deeper trust will come to you.
Take this trust with you and notice how your life unfolds from now on.
The magic of surrender is not in the immediate moment,
Even if the immediate moment can give you some relief.
But the magic that you'll notice weeks from now or years from now will be mystical.
Because you're not arguing with reality.
You're creating your reality but you're not arguing with it.
Now go on and live your life and don't let this surrendered state go.
Keep it with you and enjoy the ride.
