So let's just start with a small pause a pause in your thinking,

A pause in your activities and just see your reality as it is see your reality whatever you have in your life right now without making any meaning out of it so just simply seeing that yes you have this life wherever you're living that's where you live whatever home or apartment or whatever relationships you have whatever job you have whatever you do your hobbies and whatever the good things that are present in your life and also what are the unpleasant things in your life I would like you to just simply notice as they are without trying to make meaning out of it meaning that you don't make them bad or you also don't make them any good just simply noticing that this is my reality at the moment and this is a good starting point because one of the things that we miss about the teachings in spirituality or in our spiritual growth is is our reality is whatever even if it's illusion because in ultimate truth everything that is an experience that is existing ultimately it's impermanent it's coming and going even your existence as a human and so you can call it illusory ultimately but what I'm suggesting right now today is instead of ignoring that illusion instead of disregarding it or instead of indulging in it so much that we forget about our true self what if we just take a look at our reality and see it as exact reflection of where we're at and what we need who we are in this present moment because your soul chose this path this reality for a reason so that it can continue to grow and evolve so we don't want to neglect it we also don't want to completely indulge in it that we get lost in it and so the next lessons that we have on our journey is exactly where you need them which in your reality now what I mean by that is maybe you are having some tough time or maybe in the past few days you had some hiccups maybe you had some triggers or maybe you have some desires some goals some hopes for the future now in all these circumstances notice there's something for you to learn there's something present whether it's a lesson about relationships whether it's about abundance whether it's about freedom or love unity peace power no matter what it is there's something that you are here to learn and the funny thing or the the cosmic joke is that you're going to continue to attract what you need to learn until you learn it so therefore instead of being a victim instead of seeing ourselves as okay this life is just happening to me and I can't really do anything about it see can you take responsibility that everything in my creation is what I am choosing so that I can grow and learn now it's up to us the game is really up to us to do what the lessons are this is the puzzle you find out what your lessons are and you will notice as soon as you learn a lesson fully maybe sometimes you learn in steps or in layers but as soon as you learn a lesson fully you don't attract that reality anymore or that kind of relationship once you learn a lesson about relationship and before that you were attracting the same kind of partner over and over again and now that you have learned it this is a simple example now that you have learned it you're not attracted to those kind of people anymore because the lesson is complete reality works the same way whatever you have been attracting in your life whatever is your reality is there for you perfectly as it is and especially if it's a continuous repetitive loop of some reality there's something for you to learn and so as I said the lesson is always unique and personalized to you and it's up to you to find that that's the game that's the fun of it actually so if you can share with someone yes they can help you figure it out but ultimately it's your lesson you will find out and you will the lesson is complete when you don't attract it anymore and you will notice that your reality becoming more and more like heaven when you learn your lessons and the reason I say that is because the creator wants to give you the best life which is you you want to give yourself the best life ever however in that journey there are lessons to learn and so the more you learn your lessons the more you resolve your quote-unquote karma the better your reality or life gets and therefore I say you get more and more into heaven into a mirror of your true nature so as I said reality is a reflection is a mirror so the more you heal the more you become pure light the more your reality reflects that and every time you notice some kind of contraction some kind of trigger some kind of whatever it is you take the time to learn the lesson otherwise it will continue to come in your reality and yeah it'll just make you suffer so that's the thing you are 100% responsible I can't do anything about it I can only shift my reality and then share that with you so that we can co-create a reality of heaven together but you see you will have to learn the lessons and I'll have to learn my lessons that's the only way but we can help each other out which is the point of this gathering today so the point of all of this is not to judge yourself or judge your reality because you know we all face adversity struggles suffering in fact that's part of it and that's part of any good movie also so rejoice that you're living a good movie if you're facing that but you see all movies also go towards the happy ending towards the positive reality and so in order for us to do that this is the way the way is to learn the lesson and stop blaming complaining being a victim because even though it seems very appealing it seems that yes of course the only thing I can do is complain blame and just vent it out and if we just stop there okay fine you can do that you can express yourself you can express your anger you can express your grief sadness whatever it is it's okay but if you just stop there and don't learn your lesson sadly you're gonna continue to attract it but if you do learn your lesson then it's kind of like it fizzles out and even if something like this appears in your life again it doesn't affect you anymore and that's the secret the secret of manifestation secret of reality creation secret of what this reality is all about what this life and experience is all about it's not just for enjoyment or happiness or romantic love yes those can be part of it but everything your relationships your job your hobbies that you do for even fun everything is there for a reason to help you grow because what you will notice is that as you move in your life as you follow your excitement you will encounter those lessons those triggers those traumas those distortions in your life and the only way you move through life is through your desire that's why you are attracted to those experiences for that particular reason for you to grow and learn so you see that's the only thing we're here for if we know that then life becomes clear not easy but clear that okay life is only about spiritual growth and everything else is optional like all my goals and everything is really in the perspective of eternity is it's a joke because you have already accomplished and experienced everything in totality in reality in ultimate reality so feeling any lack thinking that my life is about this particular success or this particular relationship or this meaningful job it's not about it the only thing life is about is spiritual growth and everything else is just a tool it's a means to do that so you see if we keep that as our first priority life becomes clear and you will notice like wow okay it's now it's becoming more and more clear i got triggered there's a lesson for me to learn and instead of just ignoring and going on about my day and just doing my job as i do what if i just sit down heal and there you go your reality shifts into heaven more and more then you may do the same things but you will be in a different state and this is how you shift into a better life not just in material ways or in relationships but from internally you get closer to your soul and that's the fulfillment i can't explain in words because from that everything outer becomes fulfilling as well you don't feel empty and whatever experience arises it just becomes part of life and part of your joy you add to life rather than thinking what life can give to you instead of taking from life and thinking okay life gives me happiness or life gives me money or some love you become the source and everything becomes an addition you become that radiator of that and whoever and whatever you encounter becomes an addition life becomes abundant no lack no incompleteness so let's just take a moment to wrap it up receive whatever you received let it sink into your body and to your mind and come back to the remembrance that reality is a reflection and the only thing we are here for is spiritual growth and we help each other out that's it everything else yeah you may do or you may not do it's okay you don't have to achieve your goals you can but know that all the things that you want ultimately you want it because you want to grow spiritually the lessons that come through that path your soul knows it but the human may not know it and may get lost in the experience of it and you can take any experience it's always about some expansion some growth overcoming of some fear even making more money is about rising into freedom into abundance into the capacity to do your purpose to do your job to do your service and so you see i can track back everything even romantic relationship it's about resolving healing and growing more in love i can track back everything into what the lesson is what it is about it's not about that other person even though you should love them of course but it's not about them that's the truth of it in the ultimate sense love is just unconditional it's not biased towards one person love is for everyone but we love one person more for the reason of learning lessons for the reason of co-creation and in co-creation also comes lessons expansion growth so just know what it is about what life is about what relationships are about what your job is about what every experience is about and then you're good it's like a secret that you know about life and then you see reality unfolding in beautiful ways you
