In a world that teaches us to suppress our feelings, this transmission is a reminder that your emotions are not too much — they are sacred. This isn’t just a talk. It’s a soul message. A remembering. You don’t have to analyze your feelings. You don’t have to fix them. You just have to let them move, without letting them own you. Let this serve as a safe space to feel. To release. To return to your truth. This is for you if you've ever felt overwhelmed by emotion, unsure how to navigate it, or afraid of feeling too deeply.

You were born knowing how to feel.

Before you had words,

You knew what it meant to cry,

To shake,

To laugh from your belly,

To tremble in fear.

You knew how to let emotions move through you.

It wasn't a threat,

It was a language.

But somewhere along the way,

You were taught to shut it down,

To keep it together,

To be calm,

Composed,

Controlled.

You learned that feeling deeply made people uncomfortable,

That expressing yourself fully might cost you connection.

And so little by little,

You adapted.

You buried,

You hardened.

You smiled when you wanted to scream.

You held your breath and called it strength.

Now,

When emotion rises,

It feels dangerous,

Too loud,

Too intense,

Too messy.

You fear it might swallow your whole.

But the truth is,

It never wanted to drown you.

It only ever wanted to be felt,

Fully,

Without shame,

Without resistance,

Without needing to be pretty or reasonable or timed just right.

Your emotions are not wrong.

They're not a sign that you're failing.

They are how your being speaks to you,

How your soul brings the unconscious into light.

They carry memory.

They carry unmet needs.

They carry parts of you that haven't been heard in years.

Feeling them doesn't make you weak.

It makes you real.

It brings you back into wholeness.

This is not about indulging in every emotional wave that comes through.

It's about recognizing that every wave is a message.

You don't have to become it.

You don't have to act from it.

You just have to let it move.

Let the fire rise.

Let the tears fall.

Let that ache be known and let it pass.

You are not the pain.

You are the one witnessing it.

You are the space holding it.

And space is never in danger of being overtaken.

You are not the sadness.

You are the sky through which the sadness rains.

You are not the fear.

You are the ground that holds it.

You are not the anger.

You are the container that lets it speak without destruction.

Every time you resist emotion,

You lock a part of yourself away.

Every time you welcome it,

You become more whole.

And the more you welcome,

The less you fear.

Because you start to realize you can hold it,

All of it.

Even the wildest waves.

What creates suffering isn't emotion.

It's our refusal to let it move.

It's the clenching,

The control,

The judgment.

It's pretending we're okay when we're not.

But feeling doesn't mean collapsing.

You don't have to disappear inside it.

You can be with the feeling without becoming the feeling.

You can let it rise,

Let it live,

And let it go.

This is how we heal.

Not by figuring it all out.

Not by endlessly processing the story.

But by letting the energy complete itself.

Emotion is energy in motion.

It's not here to stay.

It's here to pass through.

It's here to deliver something.

And then to be released.

You don't need to fear what you feel.

You only need to stay present.

And when it hurts,

Know this.

It's not hurting you now.

It's revealing what already hurt.

It's bringing the past up so it can finally leave.

Let it.

Let the feelings be wild.

Let them be raw.

Let them surprise you.

Let them free you.

You are not too much.

You never were.

You were just feeling things no one gave you space to feel.

But you can give yourself that space now.

You can hold yourself in what no one else could hold you in.

And that changes everything.

This is how the will begins to return.

This is how your truth reclaims its voice.

Not the absence of emotion,

But in its honoring.

In its inclusion.

In its movement.

You don't need to explain it.

You don't need to justify it.

You just need to stop holding it back.

Because when you feel everything without drowning in it,

You remember,

You are not fragile.

You are not broken.

You are not too sensitive.

You are alive.

And aliveness feels.

You are here to feel.

And you are here to be free.

Thank you for the wonderful words of wisdom. Another step in my spiritual journey guiding me. I am working on ways to release the tears that I have suppressed for too long. I will no doubt come back and listen again. 🙏🏻🦋

Powerful discourse about emotions. All the layers felt as if they were peeled apart and explained to me. The purposes. The reasons. And most importantly, I was reminded that to feel is to be alive. I now have a different understanding of emotions than before I listened. Emotions lead me to wholeness. Thank you dearly for that reminder🙏🏽💖.
