Hello and welcome.
For this meditation,
We're going to transport you today to a beautiful white sandy beach in Thailand,
One that truly exists on an island called Koh Lipe,
Off the very south coast of Thailand.
You can use the image cover for a little prompt of what to imagine,
With the background wave sounds as the real audio actually captured there on that exact beach.
The beach is named Serendipity Beach.
The definition of serendipity is the occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way.
And so we're going to call in some serendipity whilst we relax on this glorious beach.
As we begin,
Find a comfortable position where you can fully relax.
You may want to wrap yourself up in blankets and be reclining or lying down.
Just find a place that suits you and when you're ready,
We're going to prepare to go inwards as we land here in our bodies and gently close our eyes.
Connect with your breath,
And if it's available to you right now,
See if you can deepen the inhale and exhale,
Slowing down the breath as you find a sense of stillness as your body sinks a little more into the surface beneath you.
Breathing in,
And sighing out to release.
Breathe in,
And breathe out.
Your body begins to feel weightless as you are now transported up,
Up into the sky,
Through the earth's atmosphere and out into space so that you can see the whole entire earth like a big blue and white marble.
You watch as it slowly spins on its axis and you see the shape of Thailand outlined on our beautiful planet.
At the very bottom tip of Thailand,
Just off the south coast,
You pinpoint a tiny island and once you find it,
Your body floats back down through the earth's atmosphere until you gently land onto the sand.
You instantly hear the ocean as it peacefully laps against the shore with the chirping of birds and the occasional distant hum of long tail boats.
You feel the powdery soft sand beneath your feet,
This white sand is as fine as talcum powder and the radiant glow of the sun has warmed it to the perfect temperature.
The little bay is protected with dappled shade from two sea almond trees that meet in the centre to form a canopy arch.
Their glossy green leaves move gently in the salty breeze and allow the splashes of sunlight to dance across the sand.
Now you gaze out to the vibrant turquoise ocean that's a mesmerising blend of hues.
Near the shore it sparkles in shades of aquamarine,
Crystal clear and inviting like liquid gemstones.
Much further out it begins to deepen into rich flecks of darker blue where the coral reef is teeming with tropical sea life until a fine line of sapphire blue meets the expansive horizon over which the clear baby blue sky is dotted with light and wispy clouds.
You walk towards the ocean as your feet melt into the wet powdery sand,
The warm tropical waves wash over your feet here.
You feel an energy that's like no other you've felt before,
It's sparkling and tingling and as if your body is a magnet.
This energy is flowing up from the sand and the sea into the base of your feet and radiating up through your body immersing every single cell.
Right here you are harnessing the power of serendipity,
A magical moment where chance aligns perfectly bringing joy or meaning to life's surprises.
Here as we call in more serendipity to your life it is the universe's way of weaving unexpected connections and revealing beauty or opportunity in the unplanned.
Simmer in this glorious sensation as you feel empowered by this energy,
There is so much possibility on the horizon that you can nearly taste it.
You are manifesting an abundance of beautiful things,
Opportunities and possibilities.
Feel it as it continues to absorb into your body.
As this meditation draws to a close you soak in this feeling for a few more moments before you deeply breathe in that salty air one last time.
The ocean sounds begin to fade as you return your attention back to the surface that's supporting you and listen to any sounds you can hear in the environment that you're in.
Reconnect now with your breathing.
Notice how you feel,
Bringing some movement back into your body and when you're ready to come back to the room that you're in you can slowly open your eyes.
