Find yourself a comfortable space.

Take up a comfortable position.

And take a deep,

Deep breath.

Fill your body with the breath.

Allow it to relax as you exhale.

Breathe deeply into your body.

Breathe deeply into your energy.

And find stillness within.

Within this space that you have created,

You begin to become aware of lights around you.

The lights are coming into form all around you.

And as they come into form,

They fill with colour.

And allow yourself to settle into this energy.

Allow yourself to calibrate to it and to find your resonance.

And in this space,

Ask yourself and ask of the energy in front of you,

The following questions.

What is possible for me to create with my life?

And what is possible to create for my life?

What does it ask of me,

Energetically and practically,

To integrate through action and behaviour?

How can I collaborate with possibility?

What are my callings into collaboration?

And how can I nurture this energy within me?

These are questions that you can ask in this moment.

And these are questions that you can return to again and again,

As and when you need to.

And a question that you can also journal on is how and why does this challenge me?

And how will I thrive if I rise to the challenge?

When you are ready to continue with your day,

Use your breath to reawaken your body and bring your awareness back into your environment and this moment in time.

Slowly and gently until you are ready to continue with your day.
