In this meditation, Stephanie invites you to relax and question whether what we think is a problem is real or simply mind created by thoughts. Our minds love to create “problems” so it can “fix” it, so it has something to do, a job to do, a purpose. Once we begin to question our thoughts, the mind quiets and is better able to decipher between a true problem and a perceived problem, resulting in experiencing more peace, calm and relaxation.
