When we take a few moments to quiet the mind and release the seeking, questioning, ruminating, love and peace are allowed to emerge. Isn’t love and peace all that we want? All that we have ever wanted and needed? It’s available here and now, if you allow it.

When the mind quiets,

Love and peace are able to emerge.

When judgment ceases,

Love emerges.

When comparison is let go of,

Love emerges.

When mental rehearsing and rumination cease,

Love and peace are able to emerge.

When expectations dissolve,

Love emerges.

When the shoulds,

Coulds,

And woulds quiet,

Peace emerges.

When the whys,

Hows,

What ifs,

Whens release,

Love and peace emerge.

When the trying,

The analyzing,

The figuring out dissolve,

Love and peace emerge.

When the fixing,

Changing,

Wanting,

And wishing subside,

Love and peace emerge.

When the mind stops seeking through questioning,

Obsessing,

And wondering,

Love and peace are allowed to emerge.

When peace and love are allowed to emerge,

You enter the state of flow,

Of calm,

Of relaxation,

Where life begins to happen naturally as it was intended.

Without the mind trying to constantly control and manipulate life how it thinks life should be,

We witness this flow in nature,

The way the green grass returns every spring automatically.

The way bears exit their hibernation phase.

The budding of trees,

The return of the tulips and hydrangeas.

All of this happens on its own.

No one makes any of these things happen.

Life's flow,

Nature does.

Are you willing to quiet the mind enough to see what life's natural flow is awaiting to emerge in you?

Much love.

Namaste.

Wonderful. Such a helpful way to see how letting go of habitual patterns allows joy to emerge. Thank you.
