Sit or lie down in any way that feels comfortable for you.

This meditation is meant to help you honor your feelings so that you can cultivate healing,

Peace and safety within your own body.

Big inhale in,

Exhale sigh it out.

One more time,

Big inhale in through your nose,

Exhale sigh it out.

Now breathe naturally.

Notice the breath and how it craves to be released again and again.

Your breath is like a wave that honors the natural cycles that are within all of us.

Enjoy the dance.

Honor any feelings that comes up with the breath,

Whether it's physical or emotional.

And then begin to ask yourself,

How do I feel today?

Notice without any judgment,

Criticism or comparison.

This is the space for you to welcome your authentic thoughts and feelings honestly.

Embrace them into yourself,

Kind and lovingly.

Welcome them in,

Letting yourself know it's okay to feel however you feel today.

From this place of acceptance and safety,

Can you breathe deeply into these feelings and let them go?

As they come up,

Just continue to breathe in and out and just let the feelings cycle through.

This energy is creating an inner warmth and glow.

Feel yourself radiating with this glow from head to toes.

Feel the belly,

The rib cage and the chest radiate with this beautiful glow.

Now silently repeat these affirmations and let them wash over your body with love and kindness.

I choose to honor my emotions without guilt or shame.

Everything I do today is more than enough.

There is a little bit of good in all days.

I choose to embrace my life's journey without judgment,

Guilt or shame.

Every step I take is one step forward to my own healing.

My past experiences and negative thoughts do not define this present moment.

Now take another deep breath in through your nose,

Hold at the top for just a moment and sigh it out.

Go ahead and take a moment here to simply be.

No more doing,

Just be.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and slowly move in any way that you need to to honor you,

Sending you the inner glow of the sun and lots and lots of love.
