A lighter and even more uplifting version of Peter's metta gratitude practice. Inspired by the form of a metta meditation integrated with integral metatheory. This gratitude practice is accompanied by light and uplifting music which supports our focus and enables us to embody and sustain a deeper sense of gratitude. You can either simply focus on your breath and listen, or repeat the phrases of the meditation or repeat "thank you" as a mantra. A wonderful practice to do at any time, every day.
