I hear you, enabling you to feel deeply understood and loved? Close your eyes… and let’s begin Let go of the day and surrender into deep rest with this soothing and compassionate guided meditation. Feel the gentle reassurance of being truly seen, deeply heard, and unconditionally held in deep non dual love. Each breath invites relaxation, dissolving tension and bringing a profound sense of peace. This meditation will wrap you in warmth, safety, self compassion and a deep loving presence, allowing you to sleep deeply and wake up feeling restored. If you wish, add your favourite gentle soundtrack to make the practice even deeper and longer. Return to this practice whenever you want to sleep deeply and be reminded: you are enough, just as you are.

Find a warm and safe space to lay down.

As you settle into this space,

Allow yourself to fully arrive.

Take a long,

Slow exhale.

When it is ready,

Simply allow your body to breathe in,

Feel the support beneath you,

Holding you effortlessly.

Take a long,

Slow exhale.

Let go of the day,

Let go of expectations,

This time is for you,

A moment of deep rest and gentle loving recognition.

Tonight,

We will journey into a space of being truly seen,

Deeply heard,

Fully felt,

Deeply understood and unconditionally loved,

And awake and restored.

Allow my voice to guide you as we move gently into stillness,

Deep rest and deep sleep.

When you are ready,

Gently close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice it's natural rhythm,

There's no need to change it,

Just observe.

With every exhale,

Let go of anything that no longer serves you.

With every inhale,

Invite more ease.

Now gently and kindly scan your body.

Start at the crown of your head,

Just notice it and soften any tension.

Feel your forehead release,

Your jaw unclenched,

Your tongue rests gently in the roof of your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop,

Let your chest open,

Let your belly relax.

Feel your pelvis soften and open.

Allow your legs to relax,

Your knees to soften,

And feel your feet and toes simply let go.

Let your whole being surrender to this moment.

You are safe,

You are held,

You are home.

Now let's deepen this journey within.

With each phrase,

I invite you to breathe in,

Pause and breathe out.

Allowing the words to settle into your being.

Let these words wash over you with kindness from deep within.

With deep love,

As if talking to your best friend,

Your partner or your child.

Hear that person is you.

Breathe in,

I see you.

I see the depth of your soul.

I see the strength it takes you to walk your path.

I see the tenderness within you.

I see all of you.

I understand the longing to be truly known.

To be met with kindness.

And to be known without judgment.

While yearning to be held yourself.

I understand the moments of doubt.

I understand the deep well of wisdom within you.

I understand the complexity of your emotions.

And the simple,

Beautiful truth of your being.

You are not alone.

Not for what you do.

Not for what you achieve.
