This is going to be a wonderful loving kindness meditation for emotional healing.

Let's go ahead and close our eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose to a count of four and pause for four breathe out of the mouth for four pause for four and repeat in through the nose and pause and out of the mouth and pause and we're just observing the breath flowing smoothly through the body now let's set our intention repeating after me no matter what might have been happening before no matter what might be happening later for now the only thing that I need to do is breathe and meditate enjoying the simplicity of the present moment and just continuing to observe your breath for a few moments more now imagine that you are sitting on slightly damp grass green fields roll out in front of you blue sky above clear but for a little wisp of cloud that floats lightly on by there is a trickling of a stream nearby and a footpath leads past you and reaches into the distance a dot emerges on the footpath in the distance and it starts to approach you as it comes closer it grows into a familiar form it is someone you are very close to someone whom you love choose who this person is someone who loves you very dearly see this person's face in your mind's eye they are smiling at you their eyes are full of love and compassion as this person smiles at you you remember some of the kind and loving things that they have done for you they continue to smile at you and they say no matter what you feel everything is okay no matter what you feel I am always here for you you smile back to this person and as you smile at them you remember some of the loving kind things that you have done for them just seeing those things in your mind's eye those moments when you showed love and kindness to this person and as you smile at them you say to them no matter what you feel all is okay no matter what you feel I am always here for you continuing to smile at one another they lean into you and embrace you in a warm hug and as they embrace you they fade into you and you realise that they are always there supporting you now we return to the breath breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth in through the nose and out through the mouth and there we are on the green grass among the clear skies with the stream trickling by and that footpath that reaches off into infinity as you gaze down the footpath another dot emerges and it too begins to come closer to you it forms a familiar shape and you realise it is someone whom you love very dearly and someone whom loves you in return they come close to you now and you see the details of their face they are smiling at you their eyes are full of love and kindness as they smile at you you remember some of the loving and kind things that they have done for you and as they smile at you you hear them saying no matter how you feel all is well no matter how you feel I am always here for you you smile back to this person and as you smile to them you remember some of the loving and kind things that you have done for them continuing to smile to them you say no matter how you feel all is well no matter how you feel I am always here for you this person leans towards you and embraces you in a warm hug and as they hug you they fade into you and you realise that they are always with you supporting you and we return to the beginning breathing in through the nose out through the mouth in through the nose out through the mouth and now one more time we find ourselves on that damp green grass among the fields clear blue sky ahead a wisp of cloud a trickling stream and a footpath that reaches off into infinity a dot emerges on the footpath and grows closer to you it forms a familiar shape and you realise it is someone you know very dearly someone whom you love and someone who loves you in return they are close to you now and you see the details of their face and they smile at you and their eyes are full of love as they smile at you you remember some of the loving and kind things that they have done for you and you hear them saying to you no matter how you feel all is well no matter how you feel I am always here for you you smile back to this person and as you smile to them you remember some of the loving kind things that you have done for them and continuing to smile to them you say no matter how you might feel all is well no matter how you might feel I am always here for you this person embraces you in a warm hug and they fade into you and you remember that they are always with you supporting you and we breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth and in through the nose and out through the mouth and gradually in your own time open your eyes it's amazing how powerful it can be just to visualize love and compassion when we consciously make the choice to remember the kindness and love that we have been shown it does wonders for the spirits I hope you enjoyed this guided meditation if you did
