Bring your awareness to the energy center. In your lower belly. Just below your navel. This is your energy center of aliveness. Your creativity. Your desire, Your capacity for pleasure. And your freedom to choose. So take a deep breath. And into this space. Receive these affirmations. I know in each moment. I am free to decide. I am worthy of love. And fulfillment. In all aspects of my life. I let go of any guilt or shame I may have. About my emotions and desires. I fully embrace and celebrate my sexuality. I'm in touch with my feelings. And embrace them. With love and understanding. I remember the power. And joy of creativity. Is in the process. Not the result. I will trust my creative instincts. And follow them with confidence. And deep respect.
