Welcome dear one.
This meditation is part of the Reclaim Your Worth series.
A gentle journey back to yourself.
One step at a time.
You can move through these meditations in order.
Or simply return to the one you need in any given moment.
Today,
We gently begin to trust yourself again.
So take a moment now.
To settle into a comfortable position.
Allowing your body to feel supported.
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
And begin by noticing your breath.
The natural rhythm of breathing in.
And breathing out.
Allow your breath to anchor you here in this moment.
There's nowhere you need to go to.
Nothing you need to do.
Just this space.
To be.
Now slowly begin to bring your awareness into your body.
Noticing where you're being supported.
Feeling the weight of your body.
And as you breathe.
See if you can allow your body to soften just a little more Now I invite you to gently bring your awareness inward.
There is a part of you that already knows.
A quieter part.
Beneath the noise.
Beneath the doubt.
It lives in the steady beat of your heart.
In the quiet wisdom of your body.
It's the part of you that has survived every hard day and carried you to this moment.
You may not always hear it clearly.
And that's okay.
Adjust for this moment.
See if you can allow yourself to listen.
Listen not for answers or certainty.
Listen for a gentle sense of connection.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
We don't have to get it right all the time.
Trust is in the absence of mistakes.
It's the belief that you are capable of being with yourself,
No matter what happens.
It's knowing that if you fail,
You're also the one who will help yourself back up.
Trust doesn't come all at once.
It builds slowly in moments like this.
Moments where you allow yourself to pause.
Moments where you allow yourself to listen.
Moments where you come back to yourself.
You might gently say to yourself,
I can begin to trust myself.
And again.
I can begin to trust myself.
Let those words land softly.
Without needing them to feel perfect.
Just knowing the possibility of trusting yourself.
Now bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feeling each inhale and each exhale.
Letting your breath support you.
And as you sit or lie here,
See if you can notice that you're already doing it.
Or his.
You're listening.
You're returning.
And that.
Is enough.
Stay here for a few more breaths.
Resting in your body.
Resting in your breath.
Resting in this quiet sense of trusting As we come to the end of this meditation,
Begin to gently bring movement back into your body.
Wiggling your fingers.
Wiggling your toes And when you're ready,
Slowly opening your eyes.
Take a moment before you move on.
Notice how you feel.
And remember.
You can come back to yourself again.
And again.
There's nothing you need to rush.
Nothing you need to prove.
Just this ongoing gentle returning to yourself.
As this series comes to a close.
Remember that the work isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about the brave,
Quiet act of coming home to who you've always been.
Again.
And again.
Namaste
