Welcome to today's practice.

This is a clearing practice for energetic clarity.

So this is a space to return to yourself,

To what's true,

To what is yours,

And to let go of what is not.

So to begin,

I invite you to find a comfortable seated position on a chair or cushion,

Where your spine can lengthen,

Your feet or sit bones can ground,

And your breath can move freely.

Take a few moments to settle in.

Let your seat support you.

Let your hands rest softly on your thighs or on your lap.

Let your shoulders release down and back.

The jaw softens.

The eyes close or gaze softly downward.

Begin to notice you are here.

You are breathing.

You are sensing.

Let the breath begin to wash through you,

Like a tide gently coming and going.

Inhale,

Arriving.

Exhale,

Releasing.

Breathing.

Arriving.

Releasing.

Now bring your awareness to your physical form.

Feel your skin,

Your bones,

Your breath.

This is your container,

The home of you.

Slowly let your awareness scan downward from the crown of your head,

Through your face and neck,

Your shoulders,

Chest,

Pelvis,

Legs,

And feet.

Simply sensing.

Listening.

No fixing,

No analysis.

Ask quietly inside,

What is here right now?

Now begin to gently name what you can find.

The breath,

Me.

This heartbeat,

Me.

This grounded presence,

Me.

And as you continue to gently name what you can find,

Let the word me echo softly inside you.

A quiet recognition.

This is me.

This is mine.

Now invite awareness to notice if there's anything that feels not you.

Maybe a heaviness that doesn't belong.

A thought that feels foreign.

An emotion that feels borrowed.

A pressure that isn't yours.

Don't search,

Just listen.

And notice where in your body or energy field it lives.

It might feel like fog.

Tightness.

Buzzing.

Or numbness.

You can simply name it gently.

This is not mine.

With your breath as your guide,

Begin to release.

Inhale,

Gathering awareness.

Exhale,

Letting go.

Imagine each exhale carrying away what is not you.

All emotions.

Other people's expectations.

Energies absorbed from environments.

Collective heaviness.

Exhale them into the earth.

The sky.

Back to where they belong.

You can whisper silently.

Return to sender.

Not mine.

And let each breath do the clearing.

Now imagine your body and energy like a house.

You're walking through its rooms.

Opening windows.

Letting fresh air in.

Each breath is a breeze clearing stale air,

Dust and heaviness.

Whatever isn't yours can leave.

No drama,

Just release.

The doors are open,

The air is moving.

And now bring one hand to your heart and one to your belly and feel the you that remains.

The clear self.

The grounded center.

Whisper quietly.

This is me.

This is my center.

This is my truth.

And let this truth ripple through your whole system.

Now sense your energetic boundary,

The gentle membrane around your space.

And invite it to realign around this clarity.

Like smoothing the surface of water or combing grass after the wind.

Let your field become coherent again.

You might imagine a rinse of light.

A waterfall of clear energy.

Or a soft wind sweeping through your space.

Your field is clear.

Your energy is your own.

Your system is whole.

Now tune in again and notice how does your body feel now compared to when we began?

Perhaps lighter,

Warmer,

More centered.

This is your natural state.

You don't create it,

You remember it.

Before we close,

Gather a moment of gratitude.

For your body.

For your breath.

For the wisdom that always knows how to return home.

And say quietly within,

I return to myself now.

I release what is not mine.

I am safe.

I am sovereign.

I am whole.

Let those words settle into every cell.

Begin to deepen your breath now.

Feel your seat beneath you.

Your feet on the floor.

Your spine tall and alive.

Gently move your fingers and shoulders.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Notice the clarity in your field.

The brightness in your body.

The steadiness in your center.

You have returned to yourself.

Rooted,

Clear and whole.

Thank you so much for helping me to realise so much of what I hold onto is not mine and I can discard what does not belong or serve my overall wellbeing. Your words have truly resonated with me so thank you and blessings to you 🙏🏻❤️
