Welcome.

If you've found your way here,

There may be a decision weighing on you.

Something unclear,

Uncertain,

Or perhaps filled with noise and pressure.

The truth is most of us try to make decisions from the neck up,

Thinking harder,

Looping endlessly,

Weighing up pros and cons.

But true clarity oftentimes doesn't come from more thinking.

It actually comes from slowing down,

From listening inward,

From anchoring into the body,

The breath,

And the deep inner knowing that already lives in you.

So today,

This is a space to pause,

To drop into your body,

To breathe into your truth,

And meet clarity not as a concept but as a felt experience.

So let's begin.

I encourage you to find a comfortable position,

Sitting upright or lying down.

Allow your hands to rest gently and your eyes to soften or close.

And let this be a space just for you.

We'll start with a few conscious breaths,

Each inhale inviting presence,

Each exhale inviting release.

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale,

Softening the forehead,

The jaw,

The shoulders.

Exhale,

Letting go of effort,

Letting the body be held.

And one more inhale,

Arriving here.

Exhale,

Arriving now.

And let the breath return to a gentle,

Natural rhythm.

No need to force or control it,

Just follow it.

And now begin to notice the body.

Feel your feet,

Your seat,

Your back.

Sense the places where you meet the ground and allow gravity to hold you.

Bring your awareness to your spine,

Feeling its gentle curve,

Its vertical strength.

Let it support you like the trunk of a tree,

Rooted below,

Open above.

And begin silently repeating,

I am here,

I am steady,

I am open to clarity.

Let the breath flow in and out,

As you feel the steadiness beneath you.

And now gently bring to mind the decision or situation that you're working with.

No need to fix it,

No need to resolve anything yet.

Just hold it in your awareness lightly,

Like something precious but not heavy.

If it helps,

Imagine placing the decision on a small altar in front of you.

You're not trying to solve it,

You're simply making space to be with it.

And begin to ask gently and curiously,

Where do I feel this decision in my body?

Is it in the chest?

The throat?

The shoulders?

Let your awareness scan slowly and wherever you find the strongest sensation,

Simply pause there.

Breathe into that space,

That place,

Without needing to change anything.

Just let your breath move in and out,

Creating space.

As you inhale,

Making room.

As you exhale,

Softening tension.

And now ask,

What does this part of me want me to know?

Not the thinking mind,

But the body,

The felt sense,

Intuition.

Simply wait and listen.

You might hear a word,

See an image,

Feel a sensation,

Or receive nothing at all.

Whatever comes is perfect.

And allow the breath to continue to anchor you in the moment.

Now imagine two different paths,

Two choices,

Two options.

And you don't need to know every detail,

Just get a sense of each one.

Visualize the first path.

Imagine stepping into it.

Notice how your body responds.

Does your breath tighten or deepen?

Do you feel expansion or contraction?

Curiosity or dread?

And now step out of that one and step onto the second path.

Again,

How does your body respond?

Let your body speak,

Not to give you an answer,

But to help you to notice what resonates and what feels aligned.

Come back now to the breath,

To the ground beneath you,

To your center,

The space just below your navel.

Breathe there for a few moments.

Let this be a home base,

A place of clarity grounded in the body.

Inhale,

I trust my inner knowing.

Exhale,

I release the need to rush.

Inhale,

I trust my inner knowing.

Exhale,

I release the need to rush.

Repeat that silently for a few rounds.

You may not have found an answer and that's okay.

This is not a meditation to fix but to feel,

To remember that you can be with the unknown and the clarity can rise naturally when you create space for it.

And that sometimes the most powerful choice is to pause,

To listen,

To trust the wisdom unfolding beneath the surface.

As we come toward a close,

Take a final deep breath in,

Inhaling clarity,

Exhaling pressure.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Notice the space you've created inside.

And when you're ready,

Only when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Thank yourself for showing up and carry this grounded clarity with you into the rest of your day.
