So,
This practice will guide you into connecting deeply with nature in just a few minutes.
There's also longer practices and talks here to enrich your nature connection,
If you have time to listen a bit later on.
So whether you're sitting,
Standing,
Lying or walking,
Listening deeply,
First of all,
To the body,
Like a good friend.
Making any adjustments that would help us feel more upright,
More open,
More comfortable.
And then opening up our senses,
Connecting with the nature outside.
Can you see with your eyes?
What can you hear with your ears?
What can you feel on your skin or with parts of your body?
What can you smell?
What can you taste?
And connecting with the nature inside,
Feeling the breath moving in the body.
And if we wish,
Noticing other physical sensations.
Noticing thoughts.
Noticing emotions.
The nature inside.
And like the nature outside,
It's all life coming and going.
So now we can freestyle using all of the senses or just choosing one sense to work with.
And when we get caught up in thinking,
Swept away into the mindstream and we notice awareness is back and we can return to tuning in with one or more of the senses,
Listening deeply.
And if you have more time,
Why not put your timer on and practice for a bit longer?
These talks and practices are part of a series called listening deeply.
You can find more here to go even more deeply into connecting with the nature inside and the nature outside.
See you next time.
Bye.
