Pam Broadhead has supported women through somatic practices for over 12 years, specialising in women-centred yoga since qualifying as a Dru Yoga teacher. With 20 years of experience in pranayama and meditation, she trained as a meditation teacher in 2014. As a feminine leadership coach, Pam’s guided meditations and yoga nidras blend deep relaxation, mindfulness, and visualisation techniques to enhance physical and mental wellbeing, focus, resilience, and presence.
