Start by taking a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with fresh revitalising air and as you breathe out,

Take another deep breath in and as you breathe out,
Allow yourself to arrive fully present in this moment,
Ready to awaken your wise mind.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your attention to any physical sensations in your body.
Notice the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body.
The coolness of the breath as it passes through your nostrils,
The rise and fall of your abdomen or your chest.
Let your breath become your anchor throughout this meditation.
If the mind starts to wander,
Just bring the focus back to your inhale and your exhale.
Bring your awareness to your heart centre now and visualise a soft warm light glowing in the area of your heart.

Allow this soft warm light to expand on each inhalation and fill your entire being,
