In this guided meditation, Padma invites you into the gentle practice of letting go through mindful breathing and open-handed release. You'll be led to sit with palms facing upward in a mudra of surrender, creating space to identify and release what no longer serves you—whether old relationships, critical inner voices, or stagnant energies. Through compassionate awareness, you'll honor both what's ready to be released and the parts of yourself that may be resisting and need more time, discovering the freedom that comes from graceful letting go. The practice concludes with gratitude and self-acknowledgement, leaving you with a sense of lightness and trust in the ongoing process of release.
