Very often we find ourselves worrying incessantly about things we cannot control.

We worry about what will happen if,

Or what will happen when,

Or whether someone we love will be okay.

Worrying takes us out of the present moment.

It is a fear of the future.

And the future is something we cannot control.

Just as we can't control the weather,

We can't control the future.

We can respond and show up.

Worrying is our fear of the future,

Spinning us round and round in endless circles.

Being a worrier drains our life force.

Worrying creates all kinds of tension in our bodies and interferes with our ability to think clearly and act from intuition.

Instead,

Our worrier tries to control or manipulate.

To move from being a worrier to a warrior is to move from the clutches of mind into the heart of being.

The warrior is the one who takes a stand for truth and love,

Rather than fear and falsity.

This warrior is a love warrior.

Warrior.

This is a warrior who can triumph over the mind.

It is your choice,

Warrior or warrior.

Now,

Let's begin.

Please close your eyes and take some nice,

Full breaths.

Breathe in a way where you can feel the breath traveling through you,

Nourishing your cells.

Make sure your body is comfortable and at ease.

Take your time.

Let your attention sink in and down and allow your body to relax,

Release,

And settle.

The more you drop in,

The more you'll be able to regulate yourself and gain a newfound agency over your mind.

This is a chance for the warrior to embrace the worrier.

As you may know,

You cannot feed two parts of yourself at once.

So I invite you to breathe and begin by feeling the part of yourself that is the warrior,

The warrior of your heart.

Sense its strength and goodness.

Take your time.

Sense how it feels to be in the body of the warrior.

See yourself and feel your inner strength.

Notice how it flows through your physical body.

Feel the relaxed power that lives in you.

Perhaps there is an image of your warrior self or of the warrior archetype that comes to mind.

Welcome your warrior and thank them.

Look into their eyes.

Stand tall and sense the warrior within.

Feel their strength and their compassion.

For this is the warrior of your own heart.

It is this one who can be your warrior.

It is this one who can embrace and soothe the warrior,

The part of you that becomes afraid,

Engages the mind and spins.

And this,

This worrying is an old habit.

Perhaps this is a good moment to set your warrior free.

Sense the warrior in the embrace of your inner love warrior.

Feel what it feels like when love embraces fear.

Breathe in your inner love warrior,

Feel what it feels like when love embraces fear.

Breathe,

Let go.

Allow this sacred transformation from warrior to warrior to naturally unfold.

Gently rest your hand upon your heart.

Can you feel that love is here?

Feel that love is here.

Now as you're ready,

Take a big breath and slowly,

Slowly open your eyes and see the world freshly through the eyes of love,

Through the eyes of love.

Namaste.

Namaste.

Namaste.
