This is a short guided meditation on helping you connect and listen to yourself.

I hear you.

I am listening.

When was the last time you looked into your eyes?

When was the last time you looked at yourself?

And really looked at yourself?

With love,

Care,

Kindness.

When was the last time you listened to your body?

Really listened to her?

She's speaking to you.

She's speaking to you every moment of every day.

She wants your love.

She wants your attention.

She wants you to give her what she needs.

Now is the time to answer her calls.

You are the magnetic beam of life.

The beam of life for yourself.

The beam of life for those around you.

Only through the love you give yourself can you give the love you want to others.

Take a moment to close your eyes.

Connect to your voice with me.

Start to quieten your mind with your breath.

She's there.

Can you hear her?

She's shy.

She's timid.

You've never seen her like this.

Naked with freedom.

She feels exposed.

But she's curious to show you.

Stay connected to your breath.

Use your breath to connect to her energy.

To the energy within.

Guide her through this rest.

Through this moment.

Allow her beauty to shine through.

Allow her voice to be heard.

Allow what she needs to shine through.

Now on your in breath.

Deeply connect to her.

And on your out breath,

Gently tell her,

I love you.

Show her the love.

Show her the compassion.

So graciously give to others.

Show her that you're ready to listen.

You're ready to give her what she needs.

She deserves it.

She needs it.

You deserve it.

You need it.

Now in the quietness of the mind,

Connect to the stillness.

See her there.

Know she's there.

Take this moment of stillness into your day.

And remember,

Connect to your breath.

And you can connect to her.

Allow yourself this moment of stillness.

Being present in mind and body,

Breathing into yourself.

Listening to the voice within.

As you start to come out of this meditation,

Can you allow yourself the opportunity to find a sense of connection?

Sense of connection that you could tap into at any time throughout your day?

Or is there an opportunity for a sense of connection as you retire for the evening and rest in your slumber?

When you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to your body,

Back to the room that you're in.

And finish the meditation with a sense of knowing that all you need is already within you.
