As women,

We are fighting many minds,

Many thoughts,

Many energy levels.

We're torn from one thought to the other.

We're fatigued from one day to the other.

But we find ourselves energised,

Motivated,

Enthusiastic at other times.

It's easy for us to lose ourselves.

It's easy for us to disconnect with the intuition within.

Sometimes we have to stop and listen.

Listen to what she's telling us.

This meditation is aimed at helping you connect with the voices within.

And helping you listen and honour the different rhythms of your life.

She's fighting two minds.

One mind is tortured by the uncertainty.

She tries to fight it.

The yank swells in the pit of her stomach,

Like a volcano around her ready to erupt.

She's pushing against the pressure.

She's trying to make it disappear.

She continues to move,

Step by step,

Pushing those boundaries.

And at all she's got,

Despite over extending herself.

She's trying to be everything.

She's trying to be everything to herself.

And everything to everyone around her.

Her other mind is calm,

Loving and gentle.

You wouldn't know the tumultuous seas are crashing within her.

Her hair is soft,

Her skin radiant.

She has a gentle glow.

She moves like an angel.

She breathes love.

She's the one she turns to at night after the rush has drifted off.

She connects with the joy and love of her life.

She embraces the quiet,

For it is her who helps her recharge and reset.

She wants more of the gentle one.

She wants those she loves to see her more to.

Close your eyes and breathe into her energy.

The glow of her love,

An instant reminder of her possible softness.

You notice the wild one within you.

Resting gently now,

But ready to pounce at any given moment.

You turn your gaze back to the gentle one.

This is where you want to be.

She's gentle but strong.

She's calm but controlled.

Her actions come from love and gratitude.

She notices the small things,

The quiet moments.

And she knows it is these moments that matter most.

Take a deep breath in and gently let that entire breath out.

These two thoughts are there.

These two women rest within you.

These two minds lay there within you.

Which one will you nurture?

Which one will you feed?

Which one will you connect to?
