Hello and thank you for joining me for this meditation on helping you embrace your life changes with strength and grace.

Before we do begin I want to invite you to find yourself a quiet and comfortable space to either sit or lie down.

I want you to take this moment as a beautiful time for yourself where you are free from distractions,

Free from your to-do list and simply free to meet you where you are.

And if you feel comfortable,

I want to invite you to close down your eyes or you're welcome to simply lower your gaze.

Now to begin I want to bring your attention to your breath and I want you to just rest here feeling what it feels like to breathe.

I want you to feel your breath moving in through your nose,

Your breath gently floating out either through your nose or your mouth.

Take a beautiful deep breath together,

So breathing in through your nose,

Feel in the air,

Feel your lungs and now gently releasing it through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension you may be holding.

And let's take another deep breath in,

Breathing slowly in through the nose and a beautiful exhale out through the mouth.

And as you take a couple of rounds of breath like this,

I want you to feel your body settling into the present moment,

With each breath becoming a little softer and your body becoming a little calmer.

As you feel your breath return to its natural rhythm,

I want you to use your breath as a metaphor and noticing that life is always changing.

Your body,

Your mind and your experiences have all been on a journey of growth.

You've passed through many seasons of life,

Each bringing new challenges,

New wisdom and new opportunities.

And now wherever you are,

You're going through another change,

A new chapter in your journey.

Change can feel uncertain or overwhelming at times.

But it is also a beautiful part of your growth.

It shows you are alive,

Evolving and becoming.

I want you to feel the steady beat of life inside you.

And then placing one hand on your belly,

Feeling the energy and strength within.

With each breath,

I want you to let these words gently fill your mind,

Quietly repeating to yourself,

I am strong.

I embrace change with grace.

I trust in the journey ahead.

I am becoming the best version of myself.

Whether you are experiencing changes in your body,

Your career,

Your relationships or your dreams,

Trust that each transition is an opportunity for growth.

Every shift,

Whether big or small,

Invites you to become more aligned with your true self.

These changes are not something to fear.

They are part of the natural rhythm of life.

Just like the seasons.

In winter,

We rest and reflect.

In spring,

We begin to grow.

In summer,

We shine brightly.

And in autumn,

We prepare for new beginnings.

You are always evolving,

Just as nature does.

And each stage of your life brings something special.

You know that you have everything within you to navigate the changes ahead.

You are already equipped with strength,

Wisdom and resilience.

And with each challenge you face,

You grow even stronger,

More capable and more in tune with who you truly are.

In letting those words rest in your being.

And as you breathe out,

Releasing any fear or resistance.

Knowing that you are ready to embrace the next step in your journey.

Feel the calmness that comes with knowing that change is a part of life.

And that you can handle it with grace.

Know that you are supported by your own strength,

Your own wisdom and the love you carry within.

As you move forward,

Trust that you are on the right path.

Exactly where you need to be.

With every step you take,

You are becoming more of the person you are meant to be.

When you are ready,

We'll close out this meditation,

Taking a beautiful breath in together.

Slowly exhaling,

Feeling a sense of peace wash over you.

When you're ready,

We can gently wiggle our fingers and toes,

Coming back to the present moment.

Carrying with you the strength and confidence to embrace whatever life brings next.
