Hello and thank you for joining me for today's meditation practice.

Today's practice is short and something that you can have in your pocket at any time when you may need it.

So wherever you are find a comfortable position whether you prefer to sit on the chair with your feet flat on the floor or maybe you prefer to lay down or maybe you'd prefer to sit with your legs crossed and just find a comfortable position.

Connect with that stillness,

Notice the stillness of your body.

Notice how the breath comes in through the nose and out through the nose.

Notice how the breath feels the rise and fall of the belly,

The rise and fall of the ribs and the rise and fall of the chest.

Take a moment to connect.

Notice how it feels as you breathe deeply.

Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale.

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling completely.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the nose.

Strong inhale,

Strong exhale.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Notice how it feels as you control the breath,

Breathing deeply into the body.

Notice how you're feeling.

Take a moment to check in with yourself asking yourself how does your body feel physically.

Are there any aches or pains,

Any tension or tightness?

Notice how your mind is feeling.

How are you feeling mentally?

Do you have a lot going on right now?

Or maybe your mind's quite settled and rested.

Just notice how you're feeling checking in with yourself and then setting yourself up for your intention.

What is it you want from today?

What are you aspiring to achieve?

And it could be as simple as feeling grounded or tapping into that gratitude,

Letting go and surrendering.

Find your intention not wanting too much but finding an intention you can manifest and affirm and believe.

Take this moment now as you breathe deeply,

As you practice in this stillness to say your intention three times.

As you inhale and exhale set that intention.

Inhaling saying your intention in your mind.

Exhaling solidifying that intention.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

How do you feel right now?

Where do you want your path to take you?

And remember there is no pressure,

No judgment.

There are no frustrations here.

The ego isn't here anymore.

We are in our safe space.

Whenever things get a little bit wobbly begin to look within yourself.

Breathe,

Connect and be within this stillness.

Take a deep inhale through the nose.

Exhale out through the mouth let it go.

Inhaling,

Exhale sigh it out.

One more inhaling,

Exhale sigh it out.

Find some gentle movement within the fingertips and the toes.

Wiggling gently finding that gentle movement into the body and allowing your intention to take you into the day.
