Eternal Bliss

Use this practice to open your heart, soothe your soul, connect to the divine bliss all around you. Mindfulness Meditation is about being in the present moment with total awareness and non-judgment. Simply be aware, and "mindful" of whatever happens, and try not to stop yourself from thinking. During your meditation be aware of what your thoughts are, and anything your senses might be experiencing. Try not to analyze or judge your thoughts or feelings, but just allow them to "be."

Find a quiet place to sit,

Get comfortable,

And close your eyes gently.

If at any time your mind begins to wander,

Simply bring your focus and awareness back to your breath.

Feel yourself surrendering,

Free-falling into the moment of now.

Loosen any tension you feel in your body,

And let anything that's weighing on you go.

Allow yourself to be in no other time frame other than the present.

The time of now,

And the moment you are experiencing right now,

Is when you are most alive.

Feel yourself present.

The lightness of your being radiating light and love.

Your authentic self.

Give yourself permission.

To free-fall into the bliss of your true essence.

The vibration and the energy of which you are.

Feel the lightness of your being bloating like a cloud in the sky.

Becoming lighter and lighter and lighter.

Nothing weighs you down.

Nothing holds you back.

Your divine soul essence.

There is nothing you need to do.

Floating through space.

Seeing.

The bright stars all around you.

Feel the warmth.

Moving through every part of your being.

You are the illumination.

You are the stars.

The cosmos.

And all of eternity.

The oneness that you are.

That is your birthright.

Your divine self.

Remembering all that is infinite.

In this moment of now.

You are pure spirit.

You are pure love.

You are pure love and light.

Remember this place of oneness that is you.

That is all.

That is eternal.

Your light continues and never ends.

Your light shines into eternal.
