How can we co-exist if we don't value our fellow man? If you're living your life committed to being present, and prefer being awake and aware instead of being asleep at the wheel of your life journey, then we stand a greater chance of coexisting consciously, instead of letting our "human experience" run the show, and broadsiding each other in our unconsciousness along the way. Each one of us has the potential to become whole again, but we must be willing to do the work, which means being present.

Hi,

It's Aura.

This is the meditation for co-existing.

Find a quiet place to sit.

Close your eyes.

Feel yourself where you are right now.

Note the room,

Any sounds,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Or bodily sensations.

Invite yourself to be present in your meditation.

Tell yourself it's okay to let everything and everyone go.

Release any tension you might be holding in your body.

Put your focus and awareness onto your breath.

Take a few deep breaths in and out.

If your mind begins to wander at any time,

Bring your focus and awareness back to your breath,

Which will always bring you back to the present moment.

Say silently,

I accept myself.

I accept being alone,

ODY oranti.

Stay silently.

I love myself.

I love myself.

Stay silently.

I am tolerant.

I am tolerant.

Stay silently.

Stay silently.

I wish to awaken to each moment I am in.

Stay silently.

Stay silently.

Stay silently.

I am committed to being present in this moment and all of the moments of my life.

Stay silently.

I am committed to being present in this moment and all of the moments of my life.

Be aware that you are still in the moment of now and that there is no need to rush out of it.

Take as much time as you need to transition out of your meditation.

Stay silently.

Stay silently.
