Magic Moment Meditation 1. Find a quiet place to sit. 2. Close your eyes. 3. Invite yourself to be present in your meditation. 4. Note the room: any sounds, thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, etc. 5. Tell yourself it’s okay to let everything and everyone go. 6. Release any tension you might be holding in your body. 7. Put your focus and awareness onto your breath. 8. Take a few deep breaths in and out. 9. Say silently, “This moment is magical.” 10. Say silently, “The magic is within."
