Hello,
My name is Ali and thank you so much for choosing to practice with me This is a short yet powerful guided meditation for self-love Please take some time now to get comfortable settling into a seat or a lying down position As you settle,
Begin to soften the body,
The face,
The jaw,
The tongue,
The shoulders and any other areas of the body that feel a bit tense,
That need some space and love sent to them And we'll begin to invite the sounds within your space into your awareness Opening up the ears to listen To help you arrive more fully in this moment And I invite you to bring your left hand to your heart and your right hand to your belly Becoming aware of your breath,
The rise and fall of the chest and the belly Noticing the steady flow of air traveling in and out of the nostrils And just stay with that breath nice and easy With each breath you feel a little bit more grounded,
Relaxed,
Release Let's begin to welcome a soft deeper inhalation in through the nose And as you breathe in,
You're breathing in love And we'll hold that breath for just a moment and then release it,
Let it go We'll do that two more times just like this,
Breathing in love for ourself Holding for a moment One more time,
Breathing in And returning to a natural breath,
Awareness remaining in the heart In this next portion,
I'll recite some affirmations and you're welcome to simply receive them,
Mentally repeat them or repeat them out loud I am worthy of love,
Am enough just as I am in this moment I can hold space for my imperfections and still love who I am I am learning to show up for myself even when it's hard I love all parts of me,
Good,
Bad,
Complicated,
Joyful I love myself deeply and completely,
Unconditionally Continuing to breathe,
Maintaining that connection with your heart space,
With your body,
With your spirit I welcome you to whisper aloud or in your head,
I love you,
To yourself Let's take a deeper breath in One more time,
Breathing in and breathing out Thank you for practicing,
You are so worthy of love Give that to yourself,

All phases Return to this practice whenever you need Practicing self-love is transformational,
It's so powerful It helps us to come into balance,
It helps us to live a life more fully,
