Hello everyone,

Welcome to the ocean of surrender.

Finding a comfortable place for yourself.

A place where you can truly unwind.

Coming down into this very moment.

Noticing that right now you're on a beautiful sandy beach on a summer's day.

Overlooking a tranquil blue ocean.

This ocean is the deepest blue you have ever seen.

It saps away any anxiety that you may have.

Any stress that you may have.

It brings it out into the deep waters.

And brings in warm,

Peaceful energy.

When the waves come in,

Peace comes.

When the waves go out,

Anxiety is brought with it.

This ocean is the ocean of surrender.

It surrenders to the world.

Flowing.

Glowing.

And as a result,

Growing.

Lean into the magical sounds it produces.

These sounds are deeply healing.

They penetrate into your very brain.

Creating frequencies of peace,

Tranquility and rest.

Reminding you that you are not in work mode.

There's nothing else to look for.

Nothing else to strive for.

It's just you and the ocean.

The ocean of surrender.

Letting any worries go to the ocean,

No matter what they are.

The ocean will respond with gentleness and warmness.

It is in the art of flow.

The art of letting go.

The art of surrender.

Flow with the ocean waves as they go in and out.

Let it tranquilize your mind.

Let it bring you to the depths of your soul.

Just flowing.

Just surrender to the ocean waves.

Being curious.

There is nothing wrong with doing nothing.

It is your birthright to just be.

After all,

You are a human being.

Not a human doing.

The ocean contains so much.

Sharks,

Dolphins,

Fish,

Vegetation,

Currents.

But it lets it all be.

It doesn't control.

It surrenders.

To its deepness.

To its shallowness.

To the middle ground.

It allows it all to be there.

And it all just seems to fit in.

It all seems to work.

Likewise,

You may have so much richness in your mind and body.

So many ideas.

So many thoughts.

So many feelings.

Just let them be right now.

Being like the ocean.

Flowing with the ocean,

My friend.

The ocean of surrender.

Now,

When you are ready,

Waking yourself back up.

Coming back to the world.

Moving your body around.

Remembering that this is just a part of you.

Moving around.

Remembering that this ocean will always be inside of you.

The ocean of surrender is always here.

Teaching you the art of surrender and fluidity.

Now,

Just opening your eyes.
