Hello and welcome to the second meditation in this three-part challenge.
Today we'll be clearing out the closet,
Releasing resistances,
And making room for the new.
So if there's something you've been wanting to call in,
Generally just want to open up to good things or are looking to enhance your energy and mood,
This session is for you.
Let's start by allowing for your eyes to close and pulling all your awareness back into your body.
Fill your body up with so much awareness that it starts to overflow like a spring.
Take a deep breath in,
Connecting to your heart space.
On the exhale,
Anchor into its center.
Another deep breath in,
Tapping into your heart chakra and its energy,
And on the exhale,
Sinking deep into its center.
One more time,
Big breath in,
Amplifying the connection you have with your heart,
And on the exhale,
Enjoying the deliciousness of this bond.
As your breathing returns to normal,
Let your heart start to lead you to the garden,
Noticing a breeze brushing over the bridge of your nose and cheekbones,
Flowing over your knuckles.
You can smell the fragrances this breeze brings to your nose,
Taking a deep breath in of all of the nature here.
You can hear the cool wind combing through the trees,
Birds chirping,
Pollinators buzzing off in the distance.
As you look around in this space,
You notice you are in the most perfect garden on the most perfect day.
You take a step forward,
Noticing how everything behind you blurs and fades into the background,
And how everything in front of you becomes more clear.
With each step,
Your experience deepens,
And you can start to see the particles in the air,
The veins on the leaves,
The drops of dew on flower petals drying off in the sun.
Reach out your hand and touch these textured plants,
Enjoying how their vibrant colors relax you on a cellular level.
A part of you knows that this garden represents your innermost mind,
How you've weeded out old habits,
Planting seeds for new growth.
Take a moment,
Soaking in all the changes you've made so far,
Noticing new sproutlings of manifestations taking root.
Your call to walk to the center of the garden,
And you take a seat on the grass there.
As you sit,
Maybe you notice how good it feels to fully land,
Allowing the earth beneath you to support your weight.
Maybe you get a sense of how the simple act of being in this garden sends waves of relaxation rippling through your body,
From the crown of your head all the way down to your toes.
Take your time opening up to it,
And the level in which you open up equates to just how much profound relaxation can be absorbed by you.
Notice how connected you are to this garden,
As if you are also rooted here,
Interlocking your roots with everything here as if holding hands under the surface of the soil.
Here,
You are steady,
Sturdy,
And grounded.
Picture what you'd like to call in or manifest.
The process of manifesting new things can feel unsettling sometimes.
With new success comes responsibility.
With fame comes being seen.
With more options comes decision making.
Are there any fears,
Blocks,
Or resistances that surface with this desire or manifestation?
Here,
In this safe space,
Allow any fears,
Blocks,
Or resistances to surface without judgment and simply bear witness to them.
Take a deep breath in,
Connecting to your higher self,
The wisest and most loving part of you.
On the exhale,
Have your higher self look at all these fears,
Blocks,
And resistances.
Speak directly to your higher self with this request.
You've seen all of this,
Now from your perspective,
Tell me the real truth.
Receive the wisdom from your higher self about the truth of who you are and all that you're capable of.
Take a deep breath in,
Receiving all of these truths.
On the exhale,
Anchor them into your spirit,
And notice what shifts.
Notice where it all resonates.
Are you ready to let these fears,
Blocks,
And resistances go?
Take a moment to purge what your heart is ready to let go of today.
Maybe you empty them like stones from your pocket to be absorbed by the earth.
Maybe you weed them out of the garden bed,
Allowing them to decompose and feed the soil.
Maybe you take a moment to dig a hole in the rich,
Dark earth,
Purging all that is necessary and covering the top layer to lay it to rest.
Return them to the earth,
Burying them in the soil to decompose and dissolve,
Creating rich,
Nutrient-dense soil for all things new.
Take a deep breath in,
Noticing what has shifted,
And lay back on the grass,
Grounding yourself further.
Notice how these dissolving fears,
Blocks,
And resistances no longer affect your energy.
How do you feel this release resonating in your body?
Maybe you can even feel your energy naturally beginning to align with the desires you want to call in.
There's no work that needs to be done just remembering the positive truths of who you are,
And what you're capable of.
See in your mind's eye how focused your energy is on your desire naturally now.
How it feels easy like floating down a river.
Enjoy this natural calibration,
Relishing in the ease of it.
In just a moment we'll be bringing this meditation to a close,
But you can deepen this practice by joining us in the third meditation of this three-part challenge.
Regardless,
You won't be coming back the same due to all you've released and made room for today.
Do body scan from head to toe,
Noticing the differences now.
And when you're ready,
And only when you're ready,
Eyes open and committed to noticing the continued signs of movement of all the ways in which your desires are manifesting and taking root in this new reality.
