Good morning,

And welcome to this quick meditation designed to kickstart your morning fresh and focused.

Let's start with an honest check-in.

How did you sleep?

How are you feeling?

Take a deep breath in,

Pulling in pure energy to carry you throughout your day today.

And on the exhale,

Rolling out your neck and shoulders,

Anchoring in endless possibilities.

Another deep breath in,

Pulling in that pure energy to play with today.

And exhaling to anchor in today's endless possibilities,

Rolling out your neck and shoulders.

One last time,

The biggest breath in of pure,

Light,

Fun energy.

Exhaling to anchor in all today's possibilities,

And rolling out your neck and shoulders if you'd like.

As you return your breathing to normal,

Take a moment to steep in the energy of you.

Not what you have to do or be or anything from the past,

But who you are.

Getting as close as possible to your heart,

Feeling its warmth,

And noticing how it functions without you having to tell it to do so.

Become aware of how it pumps naturally,

Sending vital blood throughout your body,

Keeping you alive,

Supporting you throughout your day.

Take a deep breath in,

Settling further into the natural rhythm of your body.

On the exhale,

Asking it,

Heart,

What messages do you have for me today?

Great work.

In a moment,

I'll state some heart-centered affirmations for you to repeat silently or aloud,

Feeling into whichever ones feel good for you.

I begin and end my day by loving and accepting all that I am.

I am open to being heart-led today.

I choose to see and connect with others on a deeper level today.

As I open my heart to others,

I also open it to loving myself more.

I make mindful decisions in accordance with my values.

Every day,

I am more and more proud of who I am and what I've accomplished.
