Welcome to today's meditation.
Sometimes we can feel anxious,
Depressed or stressed,
And it's very often because we feel detached to the rest of the world.
There is a powerful way in meditation to connect with everything,
And it's through affirmation.
When we use affirmation,
We try to sense and feel as much as possible,
To connect with our sensation,
To connect with everything that is happening in our body and around us.
It's really all about being in the moment,
In the here and now,
And connect with all our sensations,
Emotions,
Feelings,
To be part of everything,
And so everything is part of us.
So before we start,
Find yourself a comfortable place to sit,
With your legs crossed,
Your back,
Spine,
Neck and head straight,
Erect,
And place your hands with your palms facing downward,
So you can feel grounded.
And first,
Set an intention.
Set an intention to simply allow yourself to be part of everything.
And as we always do with meditation,
We start by observing our own breath.
Simply notice the air coming in as you inhale,
And coming out as you exhale.
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
Notice how deep or shallow.
Notice how deep or shallow.
Notice how deep or shallow.
Notice how deep or shallow.
Notice how deep or shallow.
And I will invite you now to take a deeper breath.
Deeper breath in,
And deeper breath out.
And by doing so,
Simply allow yourself to completely relax through each exhale,
And for your mind to become with each inhale.
Just simply focus on that as you inhale and exhale.
And now,
Simply repeat to yourself in your head,
I am part of everything,
And everything is part of me.
And simply keep repeating this mantra.
And as you do so,
Feel,
Sense the connection with everything.
Allow yourself to connect with everything.
I am part of everything,
And everything is part of me.
And now,
Simply repeat.

Simply repeat.

Simply repeat.

And as we are very shortly bringing this meditation to an end,
I invite you to refocus on your breath,
And return to your normal breathing pattern,
And simply observe.
Simply notice the difference between your breathing pattern now,
And as it was before when we started this meditation.
And keeping a mental note that you are part of everything,
And everything is part of you.
On your own time,
When you feel ready,
You can open your eyes,
And look around,
And bring your attention fully completely to an object,
A shape,
Or color that catch your attention.
And fully focus on this thing.
