Welcome to today's meditation that has been designed to start the day on the right foot,
Fully energized and fully boost with all the positive energy.
It is possible to decide how we want to feel,
But sometimes we just do not take time to connect with the sensation and the feeling that are related,
Connected with the emotion that we want to reach.
And though,
If we simply allow ourselves to observe,
Take time and connect with our sensations,
We can call at will the feeling and therefore the emotion that we want.
So what about starting the day with the feeling of greatness,
Gratefulness,
Feeling happy for the day to come and feeling energized?
So let's start with this meditation by first finding a comfortable position that you can hold with your legs crossed,
Sitting on the floor or sitting on the chair with your legs apart.
Make sure that your back and spine are straight,
Well supported if you can,
Your head and neck straight.
And now,
As we always do with meditation,
We start by observing our breath.
So for the next couple of minutes,
Simply observe the movement of your breath.
Do not judge,
Simply notice if your breath is fast or slow,
Deep or shallow.
And as always with meditation,
If you ever catch yourself engaging with a thought,
Congratulation,
This is what meditation is about,
This is about observing.
So congratulate yourself and bring your attention back to your breath.
And now I invite you to take a deeper breath,
A little bit deeper than your normal breathing pattern so it remains extremely comfortable and simply notice the difference in your breathing as your breath is deeper in and deeper out.
And allow yourself to connect with every sensation from your breath as your breath goes in through your nose down your throat,
Inflating your lungs and chest,
Inflating your abdomen.
Notice how the skin stretches on your abdomen and notice how your body falls as you breathe out.
Connect for a moment with a sensation,
Sensation of calm in your mind when you breathe in and relaxation in every muscle as you breathe out.
So so so I invite you now to pretend that you are breathing through your heart.
We know we can't breathe through the heart and though when we try hard enough,
It is possible to feel your breath going through your heart with each inhale and each exhale and as you do so you can connect with your feelings.
So so so take a deep breath in and a deep breath out and repeat and allow yourself to connect with love,
Kindness and compassion with each in-breath.
So allow your body to feel itself with a full energy that you receive from love,
Kindness and compassion.
So keep this deep breathing pattern,
Keep connecting with love with each in-breath.
Allow yourself to be filled with love.
Connect with a sensation that love brings to you.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out and as you breathe out,
Send love to the outside world,
Send love to everyone who is going to cross your path today as just by being around you they will feel the energy and you will be able to capture the energy of everything that will cross your path today.
You will be able to feel the energy of anyone you will meet today.
With that thought,
Keep breathing in and breathing out,
Sending love,
Receiving love,
Sending the positive energy and the positive vibes and receiving positive energy and positive vibes and as you do so,
Notice the sensation,
Notice all this positive energy that is filling your body right now and for the next moment you will not hear the sound of my voice and the absence of my voice together with the sounds in the background will help you to freely focus on these feelings.
So so so and remember that if you catch yourself engaging with a thought that's completely normal.
So simply bring your attention back to the feelings,
Bring your attention simply back to the breathing and deep breath in,
Deep breath out,
Sending love,
Receiving love,
Feeling all the positive energy and positive vibes every time you breathe in and sending to the world positive vibes,
Positive energy every time you breathe out.
So so so so so so so so so so so and as we will shortly bring this meditation to an end,
I invite you now to return to your normal breathing pattern and as you settle into your normal breathing pattern just connect with this wonderful feeling of being energized,
Happy,
Ready to start the day and notice your breath,
Notice if your normal breathing pattern of now is slightly different from when you started and on your own time when you feel ready simply open your eyes and look around,
Bring your attention fully and completely to one object,
One shape,
One color that captures your attention and bring your attention fully and completely to this thing right here,
Right now right now and you are ready now to start the day.
