Life often moves so fast that you don't have time to hear the whisper of your heart, check in with yourself and what you need, and release what seems important but may, in fact, be hurting you. You forget yourself, in a sense, because of all the noise. This is a slow, gentle meditation to simply make time to soften the edges, listen to the quiet, and reconnect with your subtler needs and your own gentle presence. Not a fixing or solving meditation, but a slow and simple reconnection with self.
