Beautiful soothing voice.

This was my first meditation ever done, I had negative associations with meditation as it reminded me of someone I did not want to be reminded of. However, as soon as I began all thoughts were confused on me, on my spirit and soul, my body and heart, it was the most beautiful experience I have had with myself and I am highly grateful this allowed me to do this. I will continue to meditate as I highly enjoyed it and found peace in its offering to me. I became emotional but it was happiness rising within me and that feeling was so pure I refuse to let go of giving myself that again.
